Cons:

I wanted to swap the breakfast as I was leaving at 10 Pm and it was declined
There was no flexibility which I felt was not fair
O paid for a full night including breakfast which I could not use
Being unflexible has put me off and this I will not use this hotel again ever

Pros:

The location and accessibility of the property is amazing. The breakfast is ok can be improved.

Cons:

The attitude of the front office staff. They say its the 1st impressions of the hotel and are normal welcoming, however it was completely the opposite. Not too interested in what the guest is looking for and no human touch. The staff was very reluctant to give me my receipt even though i paid for my room and said we can give it only at check out..

Just about average.
Pros:

The breakfast on offer in terms of spread of food was good, but unfortunately the food itself wasn't all that good and the worst hit were the bakery things which really was disappointing. The staff was overwhelmed with the sheer number of people and it was just chaotic. Avoid booking with breakfast if you can.

Cons:

When you are given a key to the room, the room has to be READY in all respects and you do not expect to be calling for _ I am missing my tv remote, the curtains won't close totally, or the bathroom floor isn't clean etc.
