apartment in a building without an elevator
Pros:

Self check-in. Very easy way to get keys. Apartment is relatively clean. The area is close to the old town. There is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, and dishes. Quiet enough. Air conditioning and fans, which helped in the heat.

Cons:

Apartment has two bathrooms and showers, and there was no water in both of them for the entire five nights we spent there. You could only wash your face and brush your teeth in the kitchen. Also, in the second shower, there was always water on the floor and a poor drain.

Pros:

The location is very convenient for food and daily necessities. The room is clean and comfortable. The host kindly provided essential medicine for fever, diarrhea, sore muscles, and a sore throat, which helped me a lot during my stay. They also shared very helpful tips about the city. Highly appreciated.

很愉快的入住
Pros:

房东非常热情~helpful~因为我们是早上8点多就到槟城，从机场打车到住的地方就10点左右，房东也让我们入住了，太好了（熬夜红眼航班还带着个娃，真的好累好累）另外我们很幸运，入住的几天没有其他房客
（主要是带着两岁的宝宝，怕吵到别人），我们在民宿里面度过了开心的三天~厨房里有冰箱、电磁炉、微波炉，使用起来非常方便（当然，卫生要搞好哦，出门在外要做有素质的人~）酒店距离热门的景点和大型商场大概要步行10分钟以上，但是我们全程都是grab，感觉挺方便，房间性价比高，价格很划算。适合追求性价比高的人。

Pros:

I book triple room, spacious room. Toilet is clean(2 toilet outside sharing) plenty of shower foam and tissue Easy excess to eating places Middle of the town. Easy parking. Very comfortable bed n pillow. There have aircond n fan in the room. Security is very good. Highly recommended 👍.

Pros:

It’s a new apartment. Everything is new. The location is very good. Not that commercial, also close to the centra area. Nice local restaurants nearby. It’s very clean inside. The owner was super nice. They can speak Chinese. Gave us lots of suggestions. Make us feel warm in Penang. She even bought 汤圆 for us to celebrate winter solstice. When we had problems with booking, they would help to deal with. We had a wonderful time in this apartment. I will book here again next time to Penang.
