Please note that the nearest car park is 2 km from the property. You can take a shuttle and then walk 500 meters to reach the Hotel du Mont Saint-Michel. Payment will be made on an electronic payment terminal, upon departure.

Please contact the hotel one day before your arrival to obtain the one-time access code needed for the hotel and parking. Contact details are on the booking confirmation.

Customers wishing to leave before the end of this period will have to pay again to be allowed to access the area by car. Customers can choose to park their car in the car park for a longer period, in which case a supplement will apply.

Please note that check-in, key collection, and all dining services (breakfast, bar, dinner) take place at our partner hotel, Le Relais Saint-Michel, located directly across the street from Hôtel de la Digue.

Chambre décevante
Pros:

Le lieu exceptionnel Le Mont St Michel.

Cons:

Chambre pas à la hauteur de la prestation, pas d’entretient : peinture au plafond qui s’écaille, trace noir ressemblant à de la moisissure et le revêtement abîmé autour de la fenêtre pourtant situé face à la baie. Cela donne une impression de négligence peu acceptable au vue du prix.
Nous avions également acheté un panier de fruit que nous attendons encore, malgré les relances à l’hôtel et il a fallut rappeler après notre départ pour nous faire rembourser.
Sans excuses ni véritable prise en compte du personnel qui manque clairement de formation relation client.

No fueron claras las insstrucciones para el acceso a la habitacion. Cargamos maletas innecesariamente.
Los escalones y el acceso previo a la habitación pasaban por un lugar próximo a un restaurant y estaba siempre sucio y con olor y moscas. Nada agradable

Cons:

Plus d’une heure de retard au check-in : les chambres n’étaient pas prêtes, pas ou peu d’excuses de la part du personnel, aucune information claire sur l’heure à laquelle la chambre serait prête.
Chambre annoncée avec un bureau, mais il n’y avait qu’une table basse, très difficile de travailler dans ces conditions.
Présence de nombreuses mouches.
Gel douche vide.
Ménage laissant à désirer.

Overall we liked our stay.
Pros:

Hotel location was great, the room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, the view of the main walkway and rampart was fairytale like, staff was very nice, informative and accommodating, breakfast was a good continental breakfast (you need to register for breakfast to go to it!)

Cons:

We eventually figured out how and where to park our car. Would suggest clearer instructions. The 5amish noise of supplies being brought into the village was a surprise. Our rooms window was on the 2nd floor main walk/road side. Not sure if the noise would be heard if rooms were higher or on anther side. Ear plugs would have helped. The room was pricey for the size, but what you're paying for is staying on Mont Saint Michele.

Buona sistemazione per una notte a mont Sant Michel

Sicuramente stare dentro le mura del Mont Sant Michel a fine serata e svegliarsi presto senza la gente accalcata , ha un suo perché ! Quindi consiglio , anche perché è il primo
Albergo che si incontra entrando dentro le mura . Colazione a buffet buona e varia .

Cons:

Ci hanno dato una stanza in una struttura a parte (a qualche minuto di distanza dalla struttura principale ) stava proprio dietro il retro di un ristorante, e quell angolino nascosto era assai sporco e non accogliente . La stanza comprendeva letto e un bagno , assolutamente dignitoso.

Posizione fantastica, ottima per spostarsi sul mont saint michel, vista che consente di osservare le maree. Bagno grande ma con vasca.

Cons:

Dimensione della camera un pò piccola, troppe mosche nella sala della colazione che giravano sul cibo.

No use el servicio de desayuno por no estar en el mismo inmueble y soy celiaca y me dijeron que no tenían pan ni galletas para celiacos. Cuando hice la reserva lo indiqué
Solo estuve una noche.
Si hubieran sido varios días no me gustó la ubicación de la habitación.
