Please note that there is no lift available at the property and some rooms have to be accessed by many stairs.

Please note that the nearest car park is 2 km from the property. You can take a shuttle and then walk 500 meters to reach the Hotel du Mont Saint-Michel. The car park costs €20 for 24 hours and/or per outing, the rates can be consulted on the Mont Saint Michel Tourist Office website. Payment will be made on an electronic payment terminal, upon departure.

Please contact the hotel one day before your arrival to obtain the one-time access code needed for the hotel and parking. Contact details are on the booking confirmation.

Customers wishing to leave before the end of this period will have to pay again to be allowed to access the area by car. Customers can choose to park their car in the car park for a longer period, in which case a supplement will apply.

Please note that check-in, key collection, and all dining services (breakfast, bar, dinner) take place at our partner hotel, Le Relais Saint-Michel, located directly across the street from Hôtel de la Digue.

Staff could definitely be friendlier.
Pros:

Our room in the annex was fresh and renovated.

Cons:

The common hallway needs to have the same thing done to it. It smelled bad. Street level door should also be lockable.

L'accueil, la chambre

Cons:

La chambre 102 est bien, mais les premières livraisons dès 4h30 sont très bruyantes,
Normal sur des pavés,et nous comprenons entièrement.
En journée ,on n'imagine pas tout le travail pour approvisionner les restaurants et les boutiques..
Juste que cette chambre est vraiment aux premières loges et en période de canicule les fenêtres ouvertes...

Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Chambres et sanitaires trop petits. La télé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment.
Nous étions un groupe qui occupaient 4 chambres. Tous on trouvé le rapport qualité prix mauvais même en tenant compte du site exceptionnel.
Certains se sont plaints d'un manque de propreté.

Cannot beat the convenience for visiting a one of a kind place.

Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, es gab alles was man sich wünschen konnte. Die Aussicht war sehenswert und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Für eine Nacht ganz ok! 👌
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht ok! Das einchecken und das mit dem eigene Parkplatz für die Hotelgäste am Mont Saint Michele hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat gefehlt! Wir hatten 39,5 Grad und es war nicht möglich zu schlafen.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut! Es gab ein Buffet, es wurde aber nichts nachgelegt! 7:30 Uhr hat das Frühstück begonnen und um 8:30 Uhr war schon vieles nicht mehr vorhanden!

Location was excellent though not exoecting the breakfast to be in a different location

Cons:

The room was very small and not like the photo. It was not clean and in need of some maintenance. Really tricky to access the shower as the shower door hits the basin.

Le nettoyage des vieilles structures archipel à vérifier..! Et le chef de service qui est resté derrière le bar pour discuter avec un couple et nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour un souci..

Pros:

Un coup de cœur pour la réceptionniste lors de notre arrivée très prévenante car nous avons souffert de la chaleur (eau, brumisateur et serviettes)
Ainsi que son collaborateur qui nous a accompagné jusqu'aux chambres en portant nos bagages
Très grand merci à eux deux !
