Please note that the nearest car park is 2 km from the property. You can take a shuttle and then walk 500 meters to reach the Hotel du Mont Saint-Michel. Payment will be made on an electronic payment terminal, upon departure.

Please contact the hotel one day before your arrival to obtain the one-time access code needed for the hotel and parking. Contact details are on the booking confirmation.

Customers wishing to leave before the end of this period will have to pay again to be allowed to access the area by car. Customers can choose to park their car in the car park for a longer period, in which case a supplement will apply.

Please note that check-in, key collection, and all dining services (breakfast, bar, dinner) take place at our partner hotel, Le Relais Saint-Michel, located directly across the street from Hôtel de la Digue.

Great location,
Pros:

Room was adequate, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was overwhelmed. Had problems entering the car park. I called three times for help, each call initially went to an automated system and then after 3+ minutes I was disconnected. After finally getting there, I informed staff thinking there was a glitch in the system. The said they were too busy. I do think the staff member was overwhelmed and not avoiding work.

Perhaps staffing should be assessed at times of increased volume.

Un bel emplacement !
Pros:

l'emplacement est idéal, en étage, presque à l'entrée du Mont Michel, le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner au rez de chaussée est en bas des escaliers, les chambres sont petites mais avec des rangements, les literies confortables, la salle de bain vieillissante sans rangements,
Le soir à partir de 20h les touristes sont partis et vous avez accès à des lieux très jolis pour prendre des photos sans personnes, coucher de soleil ...

Cons:

Attention, il y a eu du bruit à partir de 6h du matin car notre chambre se situait coté rue, et il y a tous les employés des bars, restaurants et hôtel qui circulent avec leurs chariots sur les pavés, pour réapprovisionner, et Le vitrage et l'isolation ne sont pas suffisant pour masquer le bruit, c'était assez inconfortable,
Le petit déjeuner est pas top non plus,
Le tarif est plutôt élevé par rapport à la prestation proposée je trouve

Ideale Lage auf dem Mont Saint-Michel
Pros:

Besonders positiv empfand ich:

- Die perfekte Lage des Hotels direkt am Mont Saint-Michel. Alles ist von hier aus gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
- Trotz der zentralen Lage (Fenster Richtung belebter "Fußgängerzone") war es im Zimmer ruhig.
- Check-in und Check-out verliefen unkompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.
- Gut und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Es befand sich in einem sauberen Zustand. Die Größe des Raumes (inklusive Badezimmer) war absolut ausreichend.
- Die Raumtemperatur war angenehm und anpassbar.
- Wasser, Kaffee und Tee waren im Zimmer vorhanden.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag bezieht sich auf das Frühstück:
- Es könnte etwas vielseitiger sein.
- Eine ansprechendere Präsentation würde den Frühstücksbereich zusätzlich aufwerten.

FAZIT: Ich habe dort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt verbracht und ich kann das Hotel für eine Nacht oder ein paar Nächte auf dem Mont Saint-Michel weiterempfehlen.

Cena y amplitud del cuarto de baño.
Pudimos entrar a la habitación sobre las 14,15 horas.

Cons:

Habitación minúscula, imposible abrir las maletas pequeñas. Amplía ventana a la vista de los turistas. Mucho pasillo inútil. Cuarto de baño amplio y casi sin agua caliente. Desayuno mediocre.
Para no volver.

Pros:

Although the room was small for the price I expected this. What I didn't expect was how large the bathroom was; it was really impressive. I asked for a room with a view and La Confiance delivered.

Das Restaurant war ausgezeichnet !!!

Cons:

Die Einweisung zum Zimmer , das über 200 m entfernt war , war eine Katastrophe ! Wir haben eine Stunde gesucht und sind zweimal wieder zur Reception gegangen ! Der Eingang war , ohne Hinweis , in einer schmalen Gasse zwei Meter tiefer gelegen ( Einfache Türe ) ! Kaum zu finden . Dort sollte eine große Hinweistafel sein !!!

Die Sauberkeit war passabel, der Teppich im Zimmer nicht so angenehm.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, im Souterrain gelegen, nichts von Meerblick oder so.

Cons:

Für die Grösse und die Ausstattung des Zimmers war es ein stolzer Preis.
