Pros:

La posizione era ottima, la stanza calda è ben attrezzata. Una nota positiva per lo staff, Bastien DUCATEL, sentito telefonicamente prima dell'arrivo è stato molto esaustivo e premuroso nella spiegazione di come accedere all'hotel.

Cons:

Lo staff generalmente poco accogliente e per nulla informativo, considerando che non credo fossimo tanti in struttura a febbraio. La ragazza del turno pomeridiano ci ha persino dato informazioni sbagliate sulla colazione. La piccolissima stanza con tracce di muffa sulle pareti e diversi piccioni morti sulle grondaie. Asciugamano sporco e doccia che perdeva acqua sul pavimento del bagno. Purtroppo devo dire che la struttura non valeva la spesa.

Pros:

Ce que j'ai aimé, l'accueil du personnel, vraiment très agréable.

Cons:

Un peu mitigé par rapport à la chambre, je venais d'une suite dans un grand hôtel d'Etretat donc, j'ai eu un peu de mal au début.

Emplacement, ambiance dans un viel hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite mais tout à fait compréhensible dans ce genre de vieux bâtiment. Un peu l'usine à la réception dans ce lieu hyper touristique. Personnel sympathique et efficace mais sans plus, on voit qu'ils ne doivent pas perdre de temps. Ça n'enlève rien à la qualité du séjour

Really nice being right by the castle. The breakfast being included was amazing. All the pastries were fresh.

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out the plug for the bath but that could have been just me. The nespresso machine didn’t want to turn on no matter what buttons I pressed or unplugged and plugged into a different outlet.
