Stunning view! Amazing location. It’s not clear where the location is so you need to communicate with the property. You need a 4x4 to drive to the location. The accommodation was great. Clean we loved it. Except no hot water…
Amazing stay!!! We highly recommend this stay which is an incredible experience!! We loved it.

Siempre amables pero mucho por mejorar en servico
Pros:

La cabaña resultó bonita como esperado, pero:
- Terrible poder obtener respuestas para coordinar servicios que quería contratar. Sólo contestan por mensaje y no aceptan llamadas. Fue hasta el último día que me contactaron por mensaje, después de mucho insistir, para poder contratar todo lo que quería.
- Rentamos la que se anuncia como “jacuzzi”, lo cual es una mentira ya que un jacuzzi cuenta con chorros de agua y aire para masaje, y solo se trata de una tina de madera.
- Cuando quisimos usarla nos dijeron que abriéramos de a poco porque se trataba de un boiler de paso; nunca pudimos lograr que saliera agua caliente. Fue hasta el día siguiente cuando quisimos bañarnos y nos dimos cuenta que en realidad se había agotado el gas en la habitación… lo reportamos para que se hicieran cargo y tras un “enseguida va” tardaron una hora en arreglar el tema.
- La noche de cine, debíamos decirle las dos películas que queríamos para que las descargaran, ambas películas se pararon a los quince minutos de iniciadas… tuvimos que reportar para que llevara un celular y la laptop pudiera conectarse a su wifi y poder proyectar la película.
- Para el masaje en pareja, los masajistas llegaron con una de las camas sin el soporte para la cara al estar boca abajo…
- La cena romántica estaba programada para las 7:00pm… no tuvieron arreglado el lugar sino hasta pasadas las 7:15pm
Siempre amables pero mucho por mejorar en servicio.
