The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items.
Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies along . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

A great location & super helpful staff
Lovely hotel - I felt at home as soon as I got through the door. A friendly & easy check-in. Everything spotlessly clean, white cotton bedding, feather pillows, & pleasant furnishings with everything provided & in the right place. Fantastic cooked breakfast & evening cocktails were lovely. I stayed in a standard double & it had a huge bed, an opening window & lots of room. Bathroom felt opulent, everything worked. I can’t fault it. They even had a tribute to Dolly Parton up in reception in the morning as her death had been announced the night before.
breakfast was nice and well produced
low quality staff, v obviously poorly trained !! The staff at breakfast had obviously never been near any sort of training, no chat, passed plates across the table , no recall of what customer had ordered, no smiles, scruffy, as though they had walked in off the street !!! they should be trained !!!!!!!

Location
We stayed in the suite but to be honest I think it needs a bit of a revamp. Not the cleanest and furniture looking very tired with chips on drawers ,scuffs on chairs and frayed carpet. Might aswel save your money and book a standard room.

Loud music in early hours of morning as club must have been nearby.
