The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items.
Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies along . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Hotel is very modern, rooms are spacious and tidy

Friendly staff , spacious room. Avoid rooms facing streets where pubs and restaurants are . Noisy on Fri&Sat night
My room is on third floor facing street, that got very noisy past midnight on Fri & Sat
Have stayed here a few times, and is my go-to hotel when staying in Leeds. Comfortable, well decorated and clean.

Staff were wonderful friendly and helpful.
The friendliest staff on receptions and in the resturant made you feel welcome. We arrived early but staff at Malmaison were very accommodating and helpful. Loved the bold decor and room layout.
Central location to restaurants and shopping area also a bonus.
I personally prefer a walk in shower, however nice bathroom .
A few marks on the armchairs need addressing.
