The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items.
Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies along . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Deco, safety and reception
What an amazing stay from start to finish! Ross on reception was absolutely brilliant and had my room ready well before check-in, which was such a lovely surprise and the perfect way to kick off my Leeds Pride weekend. The room was stunning, spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within easy walking distance. A special mention also goes to Brogan on the bar, who made me the most beautiful, refreshing drink before I headed home. It was the perfect send-off! Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely made me feel valued. I can’t wait to return.

The staff were so lovely and helpful ! And the place looked beautiful.
My room was the cheaper end .. still not cheap though and my room smelt musty. Not only this but the rooms are not sound proofed and are next to alot of clubs. This means if your room falls out the front it is very loud most of the night.. the music alot starts up early. The breakfast is also so expensive.. if you have allergies its not really worth it as you just get less on your plate.. there should be the full breakfast when you are paying £23. Probably better off heading into town for breakfast.

Hotel was perfectly located for my needs room was clean and well presented staff were polite and friendly bed was comfy and even though there was a lot of noise outside not hotels fault was pride weekend I had a amazing nights sleep
Only criticism I really have is that there could do with a normal plug at side of bed not just a USB charging plug as i have a usc to usc cable so had to plug my phone in at other side of room x
