Great room, hotel with character in front of the river
Pros:

Everything was great, there is free parking place which is a big bonus. Good breakfast. Big room. View to the river.

Cons:

Blanket was not covered, besides a sheet below it.

É a minha segunda vez no Hotel num espaço de 3 meses, Este Hotel de charme com a sua localização , a simpatia dos funcionários , é um recanto do Paraíso mesmo em dias de chuva é totalmente inspirador , solar ideal para dar lugar aos meus personagens á beira Tejo.

Cons:

Talvez o único senão seja por vezes o fraco sinal do wi fi.

Красивый отель. Приветливый персонал. Частная парковка. Хороший вкусный завтрак. Уютный номер. Недалеко пляж, рестораны, 15 мин на машине Лиссабон.

Cons:

Зимой в номере очень холодно. Кондиционера нет. Отопление очень слабое. Не хватало бесплатных одноразовых тапочек, так полы были ледяные. Вода в душе тоже не горячая, а теплая, купаться было не комфортно.

Very bad experience , false advertisement

Cons:

False advertisement about deluxe room with ocean view and balcony . View from the balcony on very heavy traffic road. Noise of the car not stop at night. Closed the balcony not resolved the problem with noise. So we don’t sleep all week ,after our 25 hour flight from Australia plus terrible noise from outside, in hotel Room is 1960 look like with old furniture, black mould in bathroom, water block, not passing , bidet can only wash your feet. Bed mattress so hard my husband has huge pain , can’t sleep. So I spent 8500$ (trip and staying in this hotel)for come to deluxe room with view to the ocean is false advertisement because I didn’t open the balcony, waist of money to come to this hotel . I Ask on reception to cancel reservation in next morning 5:00 am , to change the different hotel , hotel staff said they didn’t refund any amount. I contact manager, waiting until now , no response. So very disappointed with my 20 year anniversary 🎁 present to my husband which I plan and spend 8500 dollars
