This is my second time coming here, and it's a place I really like.
I wish I could come and stay there again...
The staff particularly Mr. Shaan the facilities manager was very professional and friendly, took care of all our needs and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The location can be tricky as the sign to the hotel is little hidden but once you get there it's a very beautiful place with spacious rooms and well maintained lawns, and a swimming pool. At night we can have a camp fire with music to have a blast. The breakfast here was absolutely healthy and tasty. So we highly recommend to visit this place, more the people more merrier it will be.

Had a nice stay and good environment. Away from the city, but that's the expected place as well for many. Good support from the staffs Vishnu and cooking Akka. Suggested for Friends gang and for Families. Own vehicle is must.
Nothing much, Breakfast they can put two varieties instead of one item. But even that one Food item is good an tasty.

Room is below average like a lodge,no hot water,no drinking water served in prior,long from city coutrallam,not recommended,only if you are looking to freshup then ok,it's not a resort,wifi is not working,tv not working

No network mainly WiFi, No Power sometimes during rainy time.
Cost for single room is costly.
A truly serene place surrounded by nature. The valley views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is calm. Perfect for a quiet getaway.The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Felt like home.

Poorly maintained toilets.
Main door cannot close.
Mattress is not comfortable as springs hurt the back.
Smelly , dirty bedsheets & towels.
Madam Renee Thomas called me and offered to give a refund which we declined. What is important is to invest in a laundry system, wakefit mattresses , clean bedsheets & towels.
