A big Thumbs down
Pros:

The Sylvan Surroundings. Staff.

Cons:

1. Owner's Attitude. We were literally thrown out.

We were thinking it is 24 hours checkout (Our mistake). Usually, even In lesser properties, they check with the guests about check out plans.Here it was not done.

Internet was disconnected at 12 noon without warning.

A very inhospitable management in hospitality industry.

2. I had played fair. 1st I had reserved a room without confirming. On 3rd July, I could have cancelled the reservation and made a fresh booking. It would have costed me INR 258 less.

3. Free breakfast is actually food bought from outside (Idli, Dosa etc).

4. House keeping can be improved. The Hinges in the front door need to be oiled. Even if AC is kept at 20 degrees, it was warm. Water comes in trickles. Towels given was not absorbing water.

5. Room is small for a Double bedroom. Me and my friend checked in but Only 2 pillows, 1 Blanket (possibly not washed), 1 Towel, 1 Soap etc was given.

Better Accommodation is available in Tenkasi for INR 2,055 per diem (Amount I paid) or less.

Property Located in village we enjoy the view and the greeneries.

Staff was very cooperative and bus stop was close to resort .

Food was arranged from different restaurant taste was decent. Swimming pool was too small .

Good To stay there calm and peacefully place they offered free rainfall shower with another property its very nice and they arranged Car for site seeing and its great pleasure with that driver feel like a family member and the Reception person Joseph very Good to responded all the time arrange the good food and all the arrangements worth of Cost.

Great place value for money.
Pros:

The staff particularly Mr. Shaan the facilities manager was very professional and friendly, took care of all our needs and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The location can be tricky as the sign to the hotel is little hidden but once you get there it's a very beautiful place with spacious rooms and well maintained lawns, and a swimming pool. At night we can have a camp fire with music to have a blast. The breakfast here was absolutely healthy and tasty. So we highly recommend to visit this place, more the people more merrier it will be.

Pros:

Had a nice stay and good environment. Away from the city, but that's the expected place as well for many. Good support from the staffs Vishnu and cooking Akka. Suggested for Friends gang and for Families. Own vehicle is must.

Cons:

Nothing much, Breakfast they can put two varieties instead of one item. But even that one Food item is good an tasty.

Room is below average like a lodge,no hot water,no drinking water served in prior,long from city coutrallam,not recommended,only if you are looking to freshup then ok,it's not a resort,wifi is not working,tv not working
