La cuisine est situé à l'extérieur donc il faut sortir de la chambre pour aller dans la pièce qu'il appelle une cuisine

De haan die ‘s ochtends om 6 uur lawaai begint te maken, maar daar kunnen ze niks aan doen natuurlijk. Water werd niet heel warm.

Der Service mit den Gastgebern war unterirdisch schlecht. Es wurde uns ein Roller zur Miete angeboten über die Gastgeber welche einen Preis von 125.000 IDR pro Tag aufrufen, wohingegen der eigentliche Preis des Roller Vermieters bei 80.000 IDR pro Tag lag. Das Zimmer überzogen von Flecken an der wand, der Zustand ist eine Zumutung und die Klima Anlage lässt sich keines Falls regulieren um das Zimmer herunter zu kühlen.
Wir wurden noch nie so enttäuscht und haben uns so unwohl gefühlt wie in dieser Unterkunft.
Kein Zimmer Service, Abzocke beim Roller Verleih und eine Baustelle von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis abends 17 Uhr direkt vor der Zimmertüre. Duschen muss man sich auf der Toilette Schüssel und das bade Zimmer weißt einen modrigen Geruch auf welcher auch nach langem Lüften nicht vergeht.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt freiwillig vorzeitig beendet und sind abgereist.

Power kept going off due to overload of all rooms being booked and aircondtioner kept going off and room was always hot. Built in 2020 but had not been maintained and was rundown. Room had no hot water system for shower, wires hanging out of wall and was not replaced. Outside septic lid was missing so very smelly. Would not clean our rooms unless we asked. Garden area was not maintained and rubbish left around. Building of new Villas had workers working from 7am to 10 pm. Very noisy. Pool was hot. Grab taxis are not available here so not easy to get around but staff did help us to get driver to take us to MotoGP and sights

The room we booked was given to someone else and we were given a different room which had no hot water, light switch hanging out of the wall, twin beds when we booked a double bed and were even asked upon arrival to the hotel which bedding configuration we wanted. No TV remote and when we asked for one, it didn't work with the TV. Constant power black outs, bathroom had a terrible, unbearable smell, curtain on the window was see-through. To be honest, this room should not have been rented out to anyone.
After advising that this was not the room I had paid for several times via a person who didn't work there to translate for us, they switched us to another room for the final 2 nights but sadly this did not erase the damage that had already been done to our stay.
Neither rooms had a fridge which we found quite unusual.

No WiFi, no food although we were told on arrival that breakfast would be cooked for us. State of the bathroom was bad. Constant power cuts, air con was abysmal. No where to hang clothes, cabinet doors in bedroom were kept closed with toilet tissue. Towels were not very clean. Taps, bathroom fixtures were past their sell by date.

- bewohnte Einrichtung (wir waren im älteren Apppartment und nicht in einer weißen Hütte)
- Dusche ohne viel Druck
- größter Nachteil: Gelände wird gerade um Hütten erweitert, weshalb von morgens bis spät abends gearbeitet mit Baugeräten gearbeitet wurde

El baño

La nostra estada va ser molt decebedora. Tot i que havíem reservat per a tres nits, vam decidir marxar després de la primera. Les instal·lacions no s’ajusten a les fotografies: la porta estava trencada, hi havia forats al sostre i el lavabo estava molt brut, amb males olors i humitats. L’hotel necessita una renovació urgent. Sincerament, en aquestes condicions no s’hauria ni d’alquilar.

The bathroom was extremely out dated. And the walls need fresh paint and the front door is old and damage (still locks fine though). There were ants in the bathroom the whole time and the shower water smells for the first 30 seconds when turned off but doesn’t once the water runs through properly. Location was a little far out but that means it’s nice and quiet, you just need a scooter.

All in all it reflects the price of the hotel.

All the reviews sounded good. But AC didn't work very well so room was very hot. Very creaky noisy bed. Not much of a vibe. No hot water for shower.
