Был бассейн, территория снаружи выглядит мило

Cons:

Номера очень старые, шкафы разваливаются. Дверь в туалет не закрывается нормально. Вода льется то холодная то кипяток. Бассейном можно пользоваться только до 19:00. Полотенца для душа нельзя использовать для бассейна или пляжа . А взять в аренду полотенце для бассейна стоит 200лир. Даже вай фай стоит денег за каждый день пребывания . Разочарованы таким сервисом, снаружи все красиво а внутри не очень

A hotel surrounded by nature, with beautiful garden areas, where you take a short journey back to 90s Turkey.

Cons:

The room was not clean, the pool was incredibly dirty I would never recommend swimming in it, and the breakfast was basic

We enjoyed the quietness of the place and hospitality of staff. The hotel has wonderful terrace and garden, cute kitty Bambino:)

Cons:

The premises are quite old and weary (noisy air conditioner and loose handles and some minor stuff).

Pros:

This is the hotel of a beautiful family, you will feel home immediately :) It's a paradise place: near the beach, to the center, but also far away enough to sleep quietly or enjoy a day in the beautiful swimming pool. We will definitely come back!

Pros:

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Naturella. From the moment we booked our stay we had great communication with the staff. They were amazing for letting us check in at 3 am after some difficulties with our taxi from the airport, (thank you!!!) Our room was lovely, nice little balcony, room and bathroom were clean. The pool area is wonderful and the breakfast was great, I saw some reviews saying how it wasn't enough but we found it nice :) also staff was very friendly! thank you for a relaxing stay.

Nice place for the price and the village
Pros:

The staff was always ready to help, though nobody really spoke English. But there was a number they would could and the woman spoke really good English. The location was also great, away from the touristic center and at a higher level with a view of the city. We change from a room with city view to a room on the other side and there it was really quiet. The small pool was great and also the whole terrace including the billiard. But we were alone at the hotel so maybe full of people is not that idyllic

Cons:

For the price one pay is the quality of rooms ok. But bed are just horrible and room not clean at all. At least when openint cupboards. Also the bathroom and specially the shower were not that nice. Breakfast was really thin, just some untoasted white bread with bit of cheese, ham and vegetables. Coffee from a very bad machine and no juice

Beautiful hotel, nice atmosphere
Pros:

Naturella is definitely one of the most beautiful hotel I've seen. I love the architecture, beautiful space outside and the gardnen. Very nice peaceful atmosphere. The staff was nice and helpful (thank you Halil for your great customer service), breakfast very good. The lady managing the hotel also very nice and helpful :)

Cons:

Loud music from the hotel nearby - for someone looking for a bit of silence may be a problem :(
Staff - although very nice - unfortunately not speaking English :( Except for the lady, but she's not there all the time obviously. Sometimes difficult to communicate about simple things.
