Room was clean and good and pleasant at a very busy place with good parking and reception was fabulous.
Breakfast was good with options.
The bed sheets and the towels could be a little better... looked a little old.
Too many people knocked the door and called for survey at least 3 times .. why ? don't know..

Hotel location is very good near to metro station on walking distance. Also there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff specially Mr. Alfred is very nice person who met me on breakfast. he offered me dosa.

The hotel employees were helpful
We saw the room and immediately asked for a refund. Even though it was after midnight and we had had a long day of traveling, we left and found another hotel for the night. There were cockroaches everywhere immediately upon entering, and the bathroom looked rundown and dirty.
