Der Kamin war fantastisch, die Atmosphäre wunderbar.

The bedroom was good, but the rest needs a good update, good location just outside Ennis.
Pros:

the room was good, clean and spacious, good bathroom too

Cons:

when we got into the room, windows were open, and it was freezing cold outside, the bar looked beat up, the service just average, the whole hotel itself seems to need a good update as it is advertised as a 4 stars hotel. The room was good and clean.

All staff we met were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, sign of a happy team.

Family run hotel felt welcoming from the first minute.
Pros:

The staff were all very welcoming and made you feel right at home. My daughters used the gym and said it was well supplied. We had dinner in the bar and the feathered beef was delicious not to mention the apple crumble for desert yum. There was a lovely atmosphere with a trad group playing after dinner. Breakfast was lovely too with everything so fresh. I drive an electric car and it was amazing to have a charging point available in the hotel.

Cons:

Something small there were no small plates or bowls out at the breakfast station. But nothing that wasnt solved by asking the staff.
