The comfort and well-being of guests are always valued, which is why, to provide the best experience for everyone, the following rules must be observed:

A - Only one (01) small animal weighing up to 10 kg per apartment will be accepted and as long as it has a friendly behavior.
B - The owner must present the animal's updated vaccination card at check-in.
C - The owner must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the animal's stay, such as food, guide, hygiene material and food containers.
D - Cleaning the animal's solid and liquid waste is the sole responsibility of the guest.
E - The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or common areas of the Hotel, including furniture or linen/clothes.
F - Cleaning will only be carried out if the animal's owner is present in the room, and the owner must remain until the maid leaves.
G - Under no circumstances may the Hotel's linen/clothes be used (such as towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, etc.) for the comfort or cleaning of the animal.
H - If any incident occurs with injuries to other people or animals, the owner of the animal will assume full and unrestricted responsibility for what happened, and must provide full assistance to the victim, exempting the Hotel from any responsibility.
I - Pets are only allowed to circulate through the hotel's common areas with the help of a leash or appropriate crates.
J - Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or restaurant.
K - It is not allowed to leave the animal alone in the apartment.
L - We ask that dogs be prevented from barking persistently and continuously. We ask for collaboration, common sense and respect for other guests.
M - The owner of the animal must sign the liability waiver at check-in, as well as make payment for the animal's stay at the Hotel

Failure to comply with any of the rules set out above will result in the imposition of a fine, without prejudice to the possibility of canceling the reservation, in order to preserve the well-being of other guests.

Rapport qualité/prix bon dans l’ensemble

La proximité avec l’avenue Paulista, et des restaurants.
Excellent petit-déjeuner
Literie confortable

Cons:

Chambre peu spacieuse, l’ensemble de la chambre est vieillissant, il pourrait y avoir un petit rafraîchissement.
Impossibilité d’ouvrir un petit peu une fenêtre à cause des sécurités pour aérer la chambre, elle était très humide.

Nice hotel very central in Sao Paulo
Pros:

Very central in Sao Paulo. Lots of restaurants and shops all over the place. Big buffet breakfast with a good choice of meals. Also serves as a Libanese restaurant with very good food

Cons:

All restaurants and big streets just outside of hotel also means quite a lot of street noise for your sleeping time.

A cama do quarto era maravilhosa, o café da manhã estava incrível, com muitas opções e tudo muito delicioso. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente queridos, educados e atenciosos.

Tudo muito organizado e limpo. O serviço de quarto também merece destaque: pedimos a limpeza todos os dias e, em todas as vezes, o quarto estava impecável, com roupas de cama sempre limpas e tudo muito bem cuidado.

Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos de olhos fechados! 🥰

Cons:

Colchão em péssimo estado, vaso sanitário quebrado, tomada que não funciona. Hotel antigo que mereceria estar em melhor estado de conservação mesmo que isso gerasse maior custo aos usuários.

Minha estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! Começando pelo ambiente, que é extremamente agradabilíssimo e acolhedor. A decoração é charmosa e a atmosfera transmite uma paz que faz a gente se sentir em casa logo na chegada. O aconchego do espaço é sem dúvidas o seu maior destaque – cada detalhe foi pensado para garantir o máximo de conforto e bem-estar, desde a iluminação suave até a qualidade dos móveis e roupas de cama.
A localização é outro ponto altíssimo! Excelente, bem situada, com fácil acesso a tudo o que precisávamos (comércios, restaurantes e pontos turísticos). Deu para aproveitar cada minuto sem perder tempo com deslocamentos.
Não posso deixar de exaltar a higienização, que foi impecável! O quarto estava rigorosamente limpo e cheiroso, o que nos transmitiu muita segurança e tranquilidade durante toda a hospedagem. Nota-se o cuidado e o carinho na preparação do ambiente para os hóspedes.
Por fim, o atendimento foi de primeiríssima qualidade! Os anfitriões são atenciosos, simpáticos e extremamente solícitos, sempre prontos para ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. Fizeram questão de que nada nos faltasse.
Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei mais vezes! Uma experiência que vale cada centavo
