شكرًا لكم على خدماتكم الرائعة. هذه ثاني إقامة لي في هذا الفندق خلال عام .

كل شيء جميل و رائع.

Cons:

- لم بعجبني عدم السماح لطفلتي البالغة من العمر ثمان سنوات الدخول معي لمقهى الشرفة الموجود في الفندق بحجة انه غير مسموح للأطفال بالدخول! فاضطررت للعودة والذهاب لمقهى خارج الفندق .
- وضعت علامة طاب تنظيف الغرفة و عدت إلى الفندق الساعة الحادية عشرة ليلًا وجدت ان الغرف لم يتم تنظيفها!
- كذلك عامل النظافة في اليوم الثاني بعد انتهى من تنظيف الغرفة اغلق جهاز المكيف وحين عدت من الخارج كانت الغرفة مكتومة و ساخنة جدًّا .درجات الحرارة لا تطاق في الخارج ووجدت ذلك في الغرفة عند عودتي في ثاني يوم لإقامتي فيها.
