Overall experience is great,
Pros:

Staffs are nice and polite.
Breakfast is great.
WiFi is fine comparing with other hotels in Riyadh.

Cons:

The shower drain is clogged, I managed to fix it myself, I didn’t complain about it, but you should add this into the checklist.

نظيف و الاثاث جديد و تعامل الموظفين ممتاز

Cons:

الستائر كانت قصيرة ولا تحجب أشعة الشمس بشكل كافٍ، مما سمح بدخول الضوء منذ شروق الشمس وأثر على جودة النوم.

تجربة جيدة بشكل عام، موقع الفندق مميز مع وجود بعض الملاحظات القابلة للتحسين
Pros:

الفندق جميل ومريح، يتميز بموقع ممتاز وقريب من العديد من الخدمات، كما أن الوصول إليه سهل وتتوفر مواقف للسيارات بشكل مناسب

Cons:

كان أداء التكييف أقل من المتوقع، ورغم تجاوب فريق الصيانة ومحاولة معالجة المشكلة، إلا أن مستوى التبريد لم يتحسن كثيرًا ويبدو أنه كان أقصى أداء ممكن للنظام.
كما أن خيارات الإفطار كانت جيدة بشكل عام، لكن الأصناف تتكرر بشكل يومي مع تغيير محدود لا يتجاوز صنفين أو ثلاثة تقريبًا، وأتمنى زيادة التنوع لتجربة أفضل للنزلاء
