Pros:

Posizione ottima per tutte le principali attrazioni di istambul, camera nuova pulitissima e staff cortese e disponibile. Hanno organizzato interamente anche in una giornata di pioggia la visita all'acquario con transfert. Negozio di alimentari proprio davanti all'hotel. Un mix di albergo e appartamento perfetto soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Terrazzino stupendo con vista. Comodo il bollitore.

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca la cucina un pò poco attrezzata (1 pentola, 1 padella e uno scolapiatti), non c'è nemmeno l'apribottiglie, però abbiamo comunque potuto cucinare la sera un piattino di pasta per le bambine e fare le colazioni.

الشقة نظيفة وقريبة من غلطة بورت ومنطقة كراكوي ومحطة المترو توبهانه

Cons:

السرر الفردية جدا ضيقة ولا يوجد بمناديل بالغرف ولا يوجد فرش اسنان او معجون كبقية الفنادق

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, while the location was extremely convenient and well connected. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was comfortable and spacious.

Tolle Lage, aber nicht unbedingt hoher Komfort
Pros:

Tolle Lage, aber unser Hotelzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war unser Zimmer wirklich sauber.

Cons:

Die Fotos passen nicht wirklich zur Realität. Offenbar wurden in der Zwischenzeit Renovierungsarbeiten gemacht, und es gab ein Loch in der Wand im Badezimmer. Außerdem hatte man im Bad nicht wirklich eine Ablagefläche, ein kleines Regal wäre toll gewesen. Das gab es nur über der Toilette oder unter dem Waschschrank.
Der Wasserhahn war eine Fehlkonstruktion: man konnte sich nicht die Hände waschen, ohne dass das Wasser an den Seiten herunterlief.

Pros:

Очень понравился отель/апартаменты. Чисто, уютно! Каждый день уборка, замена полотенцев, есть одноразовые тапочки, сейф. Расположение очень удачное, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В двух минутах остановка - можно доехать до любого ТЦ ( Zorlu,nisantasi , джевахир и тд). В двух шагах есть продуктовый магазин, купить все для завтрака и не только можно там. В апартаментах есть посуда для приготовления еды.

the location is fantastic! the room was super clean with a little kitchen so. we can have nice coffee early morning and reheat small snacks...

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom, couldn’t take a shower longer than 3 minutes. Walls are thin and the neighbors where loud until 4am

Pros:

Funny staff even if he didn't mean it. Thank you for chocolate. The location is convenient because it's close to the tram, metro, sightseeing locations, and to many baklava shops (the one nearby owners by a pair of ladies is the best one). Clean and spacious.

Cons:

Going uphill to get to the metro with our suitcases. On paper it's convenient but in reality it is not so convenient.

الصور مختلفة جدا عن الواقع طلبت غرفة سوبيريور واتفاجأ بغرفة ما اقدر اتحرك فيها قد ماكانت ضيقة عكس الصور كنا ثلاث اشخاص وذكرت ذلك بالحجز وتحدثت معاهم بخصوص ذلك ولكن للاسف كان مخيب جدا وايضا العاملين في الريسبشن غير متعاونين تحدثت معاهم عن ضيق الغرفة واختلافها عن الصور وحاول يقنعني ان الغرف جميعها مساحة واحدة مع العلم اني شفت الغرف المجاورة لغرفتي كانت اوسع بكثير للاسف اضطريت اخرج من الفندق في اليوم الثاني صباحا وغيرت الفندق ولم يحاولو حتى حل الموضوع مع العلم اني دفعت مبلغ الحجز كامل
