A true gem of a stay in Orizaba
Pros:

What a delightful and well located small hotel in Orizaba! Everything was great; the room, the restaurant and especially the staff. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone visiting the charming town of Orizaba.

Nice hotel and great location
Pros:

It was very clean, had a very comfortable bed and it is located in a great area to explore Orizaba. Would totally recommend.

Cons:

The only thing to mention is that light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off as it was linked Alexa and it was somehow disconnected. You couldn’t turn it off manually either and the maintenance person wasn’t able to fix it so we had to sleep with it on which was a bit annoying as you could see it from the bottom of the door.

Mal trato en el checkout

La cama estaba muy cómoda y las almohadas, los muebles en general muy bien y la limpieza.

Cons:

No tienen estacionamiento propio, te hacen dejar tu vehículo en un estacionamiento que esta como a una cuadra. Las cortinas de la recámara son transparentes y daban hacia la cocina (super incomodo para cambiarse). Para hacer el checkout es horrible y hasta cierto punto incómodo que te hacen esperar en la recepcion hasta que checan si el cuarto esta bien, justo a mi me toco estar con mi bebé esperando y escuchar como la recepcionista le hablaba por radio a la mucama que revisara, tuve que decirle a mi esposa que se adelantara hasta donde estaba el estacionamiento para que pudiera descansar, se supone que por eso tienen registrada tu tarjeta por si hay algún problema, la verdad fue super incómodo para mi familia que nos hicieran eso sobre todo que te tengan esperando.
