Great value for money
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Large comfortable bed, great shower. Modern decor. Staff were very helpful, and it was an excellent location.

Cons:

Room service sandwich was very expensive and unnecessarily huge. Fancy lighting but no good light for doing make-up.

A great boutique hotel in Bilbao's old town
Pros:

This is a very convenient, comfortable and clean boutique hotel in the old town of Bilbao. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, clean and new, and the location is perfect to be both by the old town and the business district. There is a great restaurant just next to the hotel that is worthwhile.

A wonderful hotel surprise in Historic Bilbao
Pros:

Excellent location in Bilbao’s historic district. A very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. Excellent staff, a wonderful large room and bathroom. Excellent bed, fantastic shower.
