Alojamiento engañoso. No ofrece lo que pone en la web. Para no volver
No hemos estado a gusto: Pone insonorizado pero había mucho ruido. Pone que hay cafetera y hay hervidor. El baño pequeño, hay que cerrar la puerta para entrar en la ducha. Al hacer el checking nos cargaron el importe de la habitación sin ni siquiera verla y eso que estaba asignada la tarjeta con booking. Hemos tenido que desayunar en el hotel de al lado porque no nos avisaron al llegar de que teníamos que avisar con 24h para poder desayunar. Al comentarlo esta mañana no han dado opción ni les importa. Con 40 grados en la calle teníamos el aire apagado. Y así todo. Por ese precio hay muchas mejores opciones

Lovely modern hotel, not corporate. Situated in a brilliant position on thexedgeobofvthe Old Town, but just 5 minutes away from the station.
Hotel bar is lovely, and used by locals too.

Exclente ubicación y hermosa ambientación en el Hotel
Pros:

Muy lindo hotel, en la planta baja hay un restaurant del hotel en el que podes desayunar o cena y es de lo mas lindos de Bilbao.
La ubicación es excelente, en el casco historico y a pocos metro de la zona comercial. Enfrente hay un estacionamineto.

So many excellent reasons to choose this hotel . A few niggles that could be easily rectified by hotel moving forward bu
Pros:

Location couldn’t have been better right by bridge in old town. Room 206 was stunning, spacious and with balcony . Beautiful decor with gorgeous paneling, large comfy bed with great sheets… effective air conditioning and fantastic hairdryer . Bathroom large and plenty of space to keep toiletries etc. Entrance ,stairwells and corridors attractively decorated, quite unique and very ambient …. Great elevator.

Cons:

No Iron and ironing board provided as standard in rooms. We were given a tiny substandard tabletop ironing board and iron that dripped constantly . This would have been a disaster if we had had an event to attend but luckily we just muddled through.
Warm bottle of water provided with two glasses on first night ….. no subsequent bottle provided nor glasses changed for whole four night stay which was not good especially with how much room cost at over £1200.

Pros:

Нормальный отель с удобным расположением, рядом много заведений. Частная парковка отсутствует, в метрах 200 от отеля есть подземный паркинг. В номере есть кондиционер, телевизор, чайник

Cons:

Очень скромный завтрак, не было ни фруктов, ни овощей. Мы ушли голодными((
Из ванных принадлежностей только гель для душа и мыло.
Нет холодильника.
