Pros:

Well placed in old town, car park close by, multiple dining opportunities very close. Transport links to get around Bilbao from outside the hotel.

Good mid range hotel in a great location
Pros:

Position very good in the old town and near local transport links. Rooms adequate. Adjoining restaurant/cafe good standard. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Having to prebook and pay for breakfast the night before by 8pm. The breakfast waiter in restaurant unfriendly but dinner service fine. Mattresses a little firm for my taste but all these are small details.
