Excellent service, everything was good

La gentillesse et l'attention du personnel. Petit déjeuner varié, que ce soit en plats vietnamiens ou en plats occidentaux. Le service laundry assez rapide (dans la journée). La situation de l'hôtel dans le vieux Hanoï, près de la Cathédrale ainsi que le Lac de l'épée.

Amazing location and nice comfortable rooms. The staff were all super helpful and friendly, especially Sun who took all the efforts to help me take care of my parents during their departure as I had to fly off ahead of them for another flight.

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. Enjoying a few days here on either side of our halong bay cruise. They went above and beyond making it a wonderful experience from the honeymoon decorations in our room to even connect us with an authorised visa agent when we needed our visas expedited (new year public holidays caused delays for us). The rooms were beautiful and we loved happy hour drinks watching the sunset on their sky bar. They greeted us by name when we came back from our cruise and felt like staying with good friends more than a guest at a hotel.

What truly made the experience special was the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the staff. Welcomed with genuine smiles and thoughtful care which made us feel right at home.

Their attention to detail was impressive, every request was handled promptly and professionally, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure comfort. The team’s polite, attentive, and hospitable nature reflects true Vietnamese hospitality at its finest.

I highly recommend Minerva Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and looking for a stay that feels both comfortable and sincerely welcoming.

The location is great. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and many sites within walking distance. But it's not right in the center of the action (Beer Street, etc.), which we appreciated because it wasn't too loud at night. The staff was warm and welcoming. It is an older building, but you can tell they work hard to keep it maintained and clean. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings. There is not a nice view of anything other than the buildings next to it, but that's to be expected if you want to stay in the city. We didn't get to experience the rooftop bar since it was closed for Tet, but it looked nice. Overall, we had a good experience there and would recommend it.
