The standout benefit of staying at this hotel is its hospitable staff. They genuinely strive to make guests feel comfort
Pros:

Easy access to restaurants, the lake, massages, and other amenities.

Cons:

The place was outdated and had poor-quality furniture. The design was not very well thought out, and it felt a bit haphazardly designed. For instance, there was a closed off section of the bathroom that was unfinished, and some of the furniture, like the sofa, wasn’t very well cleaned. It seemed like they were trying, but they didn’t use high-quality materials, which made me feel uncomfortable. Also, it wasn’t their fault, but the air in Hanoi is very polluted which made it difficult for me to enjoy the outdoor balcony terrace. My mom managed to sit outside for over an hour, which was quite useful.

Amazing location, amazing staff and spotlessly clean otel

The staff are wonderful, especially thank you for having an employee like Ms. Sun. All the other employees, whose names I don't know, are very helpful and friendly.

Rooms was very clean, comfortable beds, suites were spacious enough. Staff very helpful and friendly, excellent location.

Très bien placé dans le centre, nous avions une chambre au 4eme sans fenêtre mais donc très calme! Parfait au regard du bruit dans la ville. Mais les miroirs et l’éclairage ne donnent aucune sensation de pièce sans fenêtre. Et le lit était particulièrement confortable. Le petit déjeuner au 10 eme étage est super bon avec vue ! Et le soir terrasse idéale pour un verre

Cała obsługa hotelowa jest absolutnie wspaniała! Serdeczni, mili i bardzo pomocni. Wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik, bardzo kompleksowa obsługa nie tylko na terenie hotelu. Pani Kate - cudowna! Pomogła zorganizować wiele atrakcji, doradziła wspaniałe miejsca!

Nice hotel and great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location, very comfortable (especially beds), clean and warm staff welcoming (special mention for Katie and Kate for their kindness and advices 🥰).
We did appreciate fresh fruits in the morning but breakfast could improve.

Cons:

We were in the room 809 which was lovely but we could hear peaple climbing the stairs quite late in the night to go to the roof bar.
The staff was very efficient and changed our room to one floor below and it was much better. Though, the rooms are not so well isolated, so if you are a light sleeper like me, difficult nights.
