Pros:

המלון נקי, מודרני, חדרים מרווחים, במיקום טוב ללכת ברגל ולטייל בעיר העתיקה. הצוות מאוד משתדל ועם אנגלית טובה, כך שניתן לתקשר בנוחות. ארוחת בוקר הייתה טעימה לנו מאוד, עם שילוב של בופה ומנות להזמין מהתפריט, מערבי וגם ויאטנמי. אוכלים בקומת הגג עם נוף ממש יפה לעיר. היו לנו כמה תקלות ביום ההגעה והמלון פיצה אותנו בשימוש במיני בר וגם הזמין אותנו לעיסוי זוגי, שהיה מצוין, כך שזה מאוד מוערך. ביום העזיבה ציידו אותנו בשקיות עם מים וקשיו לדרך.

Cons:

ביום ההגעה הייתה אי הבנה (שבעיקר נבעה מתקשורת מול בוקינג בביצוע ההזמנה) לגבי מיטה לילד השלישי, זה נפתר בהוספת מיטה נוספת לחדר בתשלום נוסף למלון. חדר ההורים היה מרווח מאוד עם מרפסת שפונה לרחוב וסלון. חדר הילדים היה חדר פנימי קטן יותר במסדרון ללא חלון, אך זה לא הפריע לנו כי אפשר היה לחבר ביניהם והתחושה סה"כ הייתה מרווחת.

Pros:

The hotel was really good and clean with a nice smell always. I booked for connecting rooms and it was really nice and clean. Very modern and it has everything. Staff were super amazing they were extremely kind and nice and very very helpful they take care of everything you need and they make sure you have a smooth and nice stay especially one staff name Zoe she is really helpful and always makes sure you have all what you need. Breakfast buffet was amazing and has vegetarian options for Halal food and they have along with it a menu for food you can order. Location of the hotel is very good and close to almost everything. I strongly recommend it

Cons:

The toilet privacy would prefer if it was a wall with a door on it instead of glass for more privacy. This culture of toilets surrounded with glass been noticed in most of Vietnam hotels.

급하게 하노이에 가게되서 창문이 없는방이 하나 남아서 예약했습니다. 남편이 컨디션이 안좋아서 창문있는방으로 요청드렸고 최선을 다해서 방을 옲겨주셨어요. 그것도 무료로. 덕분에 잘쉬다왔습니다. 특히 sun님 너무 감사드립니다. 다음에 또 방문하게되면 미리 베란다 있는방으로 예약해서 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다

후기가 좋아서 한국분들이 많더라고요. 조식때 주시는 쌀국수 국물을 뜨겁게 해주시면 더 맛있을것 같아서 말씀드립니다. 한국사람들은 뜨거운 국물을 좋아하거든요.조식도 알차게 맛있게 잘먹었습니다. 특히 김치랑 연어. 문어도 맛있었어요

Great location and service
Pros:

The staff here really go above and beyond to welcome you and try to meet all your expectations. We liked the connecting rooms for our family, which was a great find in the city. We also really liked the central location. Before our evening flight out, they offered to let us use the shower and gave us some water bottles to take with us. These were very thoughtful and helpful gestures! We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor--there is a small buffet and an a la carte menu that you can select from. We enjoyed trying the various options there.

Schöne Unterkunft nur zu teuer
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal - alle sehr zuvorkommend, die Massagen waren sehr gut, Zimmer war groß, an sich schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Der Preis für das Zimmer (Minerva-Suite) war leider etwas zu teuer, der Whirlpool ist eher eine große Badewanne die erstmal eingelassen werden muss und die Polster waren leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Ausblick

The staff are outstanding - customer service at its very best and more.
Pros:

The staff at the Minerva are incredible. Nothing is too much for them. Sun, Katie and Kate made us most welcome and their kindness and pleasant natures were most appreciated.

Cons:

This fabulous property really needs a pool to be exceptional. However, we had the jacuzzi room and that was nice
