Pros:

Estuvimos muy a gusto en toda la estancia .
Destacar la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal , en especial dar las gracias a Graciela , nos atendió estupendamente desde el primer día facilitándonos mucha información para nuestro viaje .

O hotel é confortável e o preço é realmente muito bom. Com foi um fim de semana (2 noites) foi mesmo bom .

Limpeza e simpatia dos funcionários.
Pequeno almoço bom

Cons:

A localização em si não é má . Tinha vista maravilhosa para as rias baixas, mas é longe de sanxenxo. Precisa carro para se deslocar ao centro de Sanxenxo

Pequeno-almoço variado e de boa qualidade.
Atendimento sempre muito simpático e atencioso. Excelente localização para quem viaja de carro, com fácil acesso e muito próximo das praias. Uma ótima opção para desfrutar da região.

Cons:

Como ponto a melhorar, apenas destaco a qualidade da ligação Wi-Fi.
No quarto onde fiquei hospedado e na sala de pequenos-almoços, o sinal era bastante fraco e instável. De resto, não tenho mais nada a apontar, tendo a estadia correspondido às expectativas.

I stayed in Palaces in my life but this hotel care is beyond any 5 stars.
Pros:

I would like to congratulate the owner of the hotel because he did an amazing job recruiting the right staff. Everything was super clean house keeping cleaning non stop reception people very polite and professional and without forgetting JEMA the ladies working in the bar/ restaurant of the hotel she really took care of us and treated us like a member of s family.

I traveled with my 8 month old baby and this hotel gave me all the care and help i needed
