Ya me e quedado en otras ocasiones y no esperaba menos de loque ya avia conocido las instalaciones son algo excepcional solo una ves e estado en un Hotel que esta por encima de el Hotel Plaza Riu y es el Hotel Xcaret pero puedo comparar las instalaciones a ese nivel en verdad me encanta y claro q sin duda me volvería a quedar porque loque se paga lo vale centavo a centavo muchas gracias a todos aunque ubo un pequeño inconveniente pero nada que la persona de Recepción lo pudiera solucionar y eso es loque ase la calidad del lugar que aunque ahi alguna que otra gente del personal que no te de solución siempre habra alguien mas que te solucione el problema y mil gracias por todo......

Tuve un solo inconveniente tuve el servicio de clase ejecutivo y tenía el servicio de servi bar en mi habitación y eso era que diario me resurtian en frigobar pero loque no me gustó es que diario que llegava en la noche y veía q no lo surtian tenía que hablar para que lo isieran y esta bien no abia problema solo que la última noche q estuve ahi llegue y mi esposa queria un te que le gustó del que nos dejavan ahi pues no abia entonces hablo a recepción y les comento q no abian a surtir las bebidas y me dijeron no se preocupe van para alla y pues salimos a ver el paisaje y a caminar y cuando llego solo avian resurtido una soda y una cerveza pero el te y el jugo no y solo una botella de agua y pues baje ala recepción a preguntar si no me avian dejado lo normal porque era mi última noche y como ya abian cambiado de turno el joven que me atendió muy atentamento y amable me contesto claro que no señor no se preocupe en menos de 5 minutos van a dejarle loque le aga falta y si efectivamente me cumplió en menos de 5 minutos llegaron y como siempre el personal muy amable me atendió e incluso me dijo ocupa algo mas y yo le conteste no es todo y muchas gracias. De echo si le comente al Recepcionista que diario tenia que hablar para que fueran a resurtir y me ofreció una disculpa y pues fue muy atento y amable pero de ahi en mas todo es exelente yo se que fue una pequeñes y yo se que si ami esposa le gustaba tanto ese te pues pude aberlo comprado antes de llegar y no pasa nada solo que de repente vivimos tan aprisa que nos confiamos y no nos acordamos pero en verdad todo estuvo de maravilla y exelente y esperamos volver muy pronto....GRACIAS A TODOD EL PERSONAL QUE ASE QUE SUS ISTALACIONES ESTEN EN EXELENTE CONDICION.....MIL GRACIAS HOTEL PLAZA RIU...
