Chambre impeccable, silencieuse et confortable avec tout le confort.
Situation excellente. Hotel proche de la plage. Un bar avec boisson offerte donnant sur les dunes.
Un déjeuner très varié et de qualité avec toutefois pas de cuisinier disponible pour cuir les oeufs ou une omelette comme le souhaite le client.
. Accueil. Personnel assis et peu souriant. Or dans un hôtel 4 étoiles (j'en ai fait des dizaines dont deux déjà à Nieuwpoort), le personnel d'accueil se tient généralement debout pour accueillir les clients dès leur arrivée dans le hall, favorisant le contact visuel et une posture active.
. Un parking compliqué et payant pour les voyageurs booking.com (15 euros) et si jai bien compris gratuit pour les autres clients. Une façon peut être de récupérer le % prélevé par booking.com.
. Personnel peu souriant avec un air un peu triste et des vêtements peu appropriés pour un hotel 4 étolies.
. Deux cages d'ascenseurs dont une menant nul part si bien que j'ai rencontré des clients qui se sont perdus comme moi dans l'hotel.

L'hôtel est très confortable, se situe à 5 minutes à pied de la digue et le personnel aux petits soins. Gros point positif pour le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est exceptionnel!
