The location was fantastic, we could walk to the Wine Fair!
The room was excellent, well laid out, modern and clean.
The breakfast was not good, the hot dishes were much too cold, felt unwell after eating it, just ate fruit and took some coffee the following days.
Excellent location near the Shanghai Exhibition Centre. It is conveniently close to the Maglev and Subway Line 2 and 7. So it was very easy to get from the Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. The staff was friendly and very eager to assist where possible.
It was a little hard to find initially. The lobby is on the 5th floor, and we didn't know which entrances to take. But otherwise there was no further issues.

Staff don't speak English, very hard to communicate with, sometimes unexplained actions like calling 23.30 at night with some questions regarding payment, breakfast room, lobby, reception area freezing cold.
