Die Klimaanlage war kaputt, im Zimmer hatte es fast 30 Grad. Die einzige Kompensation war eine Flasche Wasser, die fast die selbe Temperatur wir das Zimmer hatte.

Good, convenient and value-for-money for a short one-night stay
Pros:

Despite its small size, the room had everything that was needed with sufficient space to move around. Value for money for a short one-night stay.

Cons:

The room was a little stuffy at times. I had to keep the window open. It was not ideal because it was somehow still noisy downstairs even though it was past midnight.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning working in the room even though it was over 30c. It was impossible to sleep there and not really the experince we were looking for.
They said they would give me a refund if I checked-out early (which we did) but the refund never came.

I have since sent them an email and I have had no response. Book.com has been useless too. Really bad service.

It was OK.
Pros:

The location is excellent for us.
The breakfast is OK: no hot food.

Cons:

During our stay air conditioner hasn’t worked in whole building. And the weather was very hot.
Others guests are mentioning so that situation has been a few days.

Pros:

The hotel was very conveniently located, just a short walk from the main train station (HBF). The room was quiet, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, during our stay, the air conditioning system was not functioning, and no fans were available either. So, the stay was bit uncomfortable.
