Not Worth the Price

Every staff member were greeting people with "Ram Ram" and that's very positive and the only thing I liked

High Price, Lowest Value: The cost was very high for the poor quality of the facilities and service.

Misleading Information: The staff lied about the hotel being fully booked to deny a better room view.

Lack of Facilities: The advertised spa was not operational.

Unreliable Services: There were frequent and prolonged power cuts, and the generator was not working.

Poor Food Service: The included buffet breakfast was not provided, and the food from the a la carte menu was disappointing.
