Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam, de locatie goed en de kamer ook prima.

Cons:

Het hotel is lastig te vinden omdat het niet direct aan de straat ligt, maar achter een paar steegjes. De tuktukrijder en taxichauffeur wisten het adres niet te vinden, het lukt uiteindelijk wel met Google maps.

Хороший отель, не убитый. Удобная кровать кинг сайз, постельное бельё из хлопка. Полотенца, конечно, уставшие и попался один чужой волос, но это мелочи. Все чисто, хорошо убираются (каждый день). Местоположение тоже удачное, не очень люно и довольно тихо утром. Горячая вода есть и её много))

Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак!

Cons:

В отеле можно взять скутер в аренду, который предоставляет партнерская компания (арендатор) за 160.000 кип/сутки, что довольно бюджетно. Я получил скутер вечером, чтобы сдать его вечером следующего дня. Перед этим узнал где поменять деньги и сходил их поменять. Подписал договор, передал деньги и паспорт в залог арендатору на территории отеля. Когда пришло время сдавать скутер - мне сказали, что я за него не заплатил (хотя контракт был подписан и я точно помнил, что заплатил, потому что менял для этого деньги, везде вносят предоплату при подписании договора). Я попросил предоставить видео с камеры, которая стоит на входе, где мне передали скутер, а я передал деньги и паспорт, но камера, как мне сказали, не работала из-за проблем с wi-fi в тот день.

К счастью, администратор/хозяин отеля сказали, что они не могут ничего подтвердить из-за проблем с их камерой и пошли мне на встречу. Это честный поступок, но ситуация была неприятная и немного испортила впечатление от отдыха.

Настоятельно рекомендую всем гостям города и отеля брать все чеки за оплату и хранить их в течение отдыха, чтобы не было подобных проблем.
