- kaputte Waschbecken aus denen das Wasser in alle Himmelsrichtungen springt
- Teppichboden mit Löchern durch Zigaretten
- fleckige Bettlacken, bei denen ich nicht verstehe wie das Haus keeping das auf ein Bett beziehen kann
- keine Erstattung trotz ekelhafter Zustände

The location was great, it was close to tunjungan plaza. The staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Cons:

The room had stains all over the walls, water leaking out of the bathroom, there were cracks in the walls, the water didn't run properly out of the shower head and the smell that came from the drains was overwhelming. Also the bedding and towels were stained.

Hotelnya memang bukan bangunan baru, tapi masih tetap bersih dan nyaman. Seperti hotel yg jaya pada zamannya.
Yang saya suka adalah manajemennya yg baik. Walau harganya terjangkau, Tapi manajemen dan fasilitasnya tetap dijaga dengan standard yg baik sesuai bintangnya. Semua fasilitas bisa saya nikmatin. Seperti layanan bantuan mengantar barang dengan wajah yg ramah, lift, kolam renang, breakfast dan waiters yg ramah, heater water lancar, room cleaning service.
Menyenangkannya juga di depan hotel ada lapangan hiburan untuk bersantai dan kulineran.

Cons:

Satu hal yg kurang nyaman hanyalah persoalan kunci kamar dua kali harus ganti, krna dgn sistem scan card kadang kunci eror tdk mau terbuka. Tapi pihak reseptionis dan front office (security) selalu memberi solusi. Terimakasih.

Staff gentile e accogliente, ottima colazione abbondante e molto varia, anche con piatti tradizionali, dolci e frutta.
Posizione comoda, a pochi minuti a oiedi dal tunjungan plaza.
Camera comoda, vista panoramica sulla città.

Cons:

Scarsa pulizia della piscina. Moquette in tutti i corridoi
