Great Accomodation!
Pros:

Healthy breakfast options (hot and cold), comfy bed, checking out was easy, all the staff were friendly and walking distance to restaurants and the Perimeter Mall. I also found a lovely little park about 15 min walk away which was great for a morning walk.

Cons:

The coffee machine at breakfast was broken :(

Very beautiful will book again!!
Pros:

Very beautiful stay and the complimentary breakfast is everything.

Cons:

There was a 500 dollar hold that has to be placed on your card for incidentals. Pretty pricey for a hold. But overall definitely worth every penny.

Pros:

I loved the location of this hotel. It was a peaceful, quiet area. Not a lot of traffic. The hotel was also close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and spacious.

Pros:

The location and convenience to the mall

Cons:

I booked a room with 2 beds and/or a pull out couch and rhey refused to honor it and my child had to sleep with me and my baby while I’m pregnant and my husband had to sleep in a chair the whole weekend it was horrible and very uncomfortable

Enjoy staying at Element Hotels but have learned they are not all as good as others
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Served in a peculiar manner, but fresh, hot and tasty.

This will always be my first choice Hotel to stay bc of the staff, location and accommodations!
Pros:

The staff is also so warm and loving! I appreciated how loving and accommodating they were to me. The storm was really getting bad so they extended my checkout for safety measures. Them going the extra mile means more to me than they know!

Cons:

Parking was a bit challenging due to size of the vehicle that I was driving but even in that space, the staff helped to accommodate me to ensure I was able to find adequate parking. Many thanks..
