Pros:

Mooi schoon en alles was er zoals beschreven en funtioneerde. Er is een bagage loket voor de volgende dag en een late check-out (12:00). De receptie was vriendelijk. Alles waardeer ik zeer.

Cons:

De inrichting en feel is niet 'stylisch', het is eenvoudig. De online check in en de check-in automaat bij de ingang heb ik beiden genegeerd. Het kost teveel tijd. Gelukkig volharde ik bij de ingang en ging uiteindelijk de deze wel open en werd ik uitstekend en professioneel en vriendelijk geholpen. Persoonlijke service is de ware kwaliteit van een Hotel.

Pros:

The location close to the Plaza de España and Plaza de la Virgen Blanca and other meaningful sites.
Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Entering through a dark shopping mall hall, may make some guests feel uncomfortable.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Personnel agréable. Possibilité de check-in en autonomie en l'absence du personnel. Chambre et salle de bain très propre avec un personnel de nettoyage efficace. Calme.

Cons:

Pas de parking. Si vous venez en voiture, il faut trouver un parking payant à compter dans le budget. Nous étions au parking Francia situé à environ 10 minutes à pied et à 20€/jour.
