Friendly stuff. Nice gym. Location is okay: a bit far from the center, but still walkable. Plenty of buses and metro nearby.
Very low quality for the price imo (we paid 525€ per night). The room is quite small with awkward planning. Half-open shower, no matter how hard I tried I ended up with a puddle on the floor. Poor cleaning service, room was very visibly dusty and stainy. Breakfast was abundant but mostly below mediocre: very little fresh veggies and fruits, tired salad & greens, stale pastry.

Reception is NOT obvious!!!
When you enter there is a small very busy concierge desk
When you finally get seen they reception is up the escalator
So up the escalator you go and the only reception you can is see is Viking travel
They say reception is behind them
You wait for one of the small desks then get told your room is not ready yet
However they will ring your mobile when it is at 3pm
You sit and wait then notice that people are getting room keys Finally you go up again at 3
15 pm and they say Whi are you?

The Pullman hotel has been the best hotel in Paris that we ever stayed in. From the parking to the comfy beds and the very honest staff members! I left my house slippers and they even sent me an emai with a picture to remind me that I can have it sent to me. I have never had this with any hotels I stayed in in my entire life! Amazing! THIS is what you call "Excellent Service

Price was expensive, but was booked last minute on a week when tennis and football both happening.
It was good, but too many items ran out before the end and rather than restock we could not find the staff to bring more out!
My departure was delayed over an hour because the parking garage payment machine would not accept my cc card. I called my bank and there were no charges denied yet the machine kept indicating card declined. I went to hotel front desk and they said we can’t help…I just pained you $2000 and you can’t do anything, that’s BS and poor customer service
