Colazione variegata e abbondante, sala colazione molto grande.
Montparnasse is a terrific location in a seemingly affluent part of Paris with easy access to all the tourist attractions.
The hotel, part of the Accor group, let it self down badly with ill-conceived policies supporting their total lack of communications. At check-in, I was told I needed to pay a further 300 Euros to cover damages [?!] and that this would be reimbursed after I returned home. The girls next to me at check-in were being charged an unplanned, unbudgeted 400 Euros on similar terms. They, too,, weren't told of this in advance, and, with a stroke, wiped them out of all of their spending money, Again, 'hotel policy' was blamed as the cause for all of this, suggesting that 'hotel policy' is correct. A difficult time ensued. I loaned the girls the money as the hotel wouldn't budge and they were clearly distraught by their reception. Weirdly, the money appeared back in my account withing hours, organised by a friend of theirs back in England. I was told I would have to wait several days for my money back, and that this delay should be shouldered by my bank (not Mastercard via whom I had paid for the room in advance without any delays. There is also a rooftop bar offering panoramic views across the city. I was denied access when I asked to look at the place for a social engagement later in the week, unless I paid a 25 Euro viewing fee, I'd had enough of all of this by now and we went elsewhere. I don't like spending money where it's not appreciated. Even other members of staff approached me after the incident with my co-guests to say "well done for standing up to them; the check-in staff are really ride to everybody". I can't honestly say that this is the worst hotel in the world, as I haven't stayed in every hotel in the world, but there is no excuse for me making the same mistake ever again. I am surprised -- nay flabbergasted - that booking.com supports this type of venue; I have come to expect better than this from booking.com over the years.

RAS

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Paris for our honeymoon, which we had mentioned in advance. Unfortunately, there were no special touches or recognition of this occasion.
Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage in the lobby, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level. Additionally, although the hotel has a rooftop, we were charged €50 despite being guests, and it was located far from our room, making it inconvenient.
The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained, but the service is poor. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to a level of service that does not meet expectations
