Overall, quite satisfied with room, facilities, breakfast and friendly staff. Will book this hotel again.
Pros:

A great location in a nice neighborhood, close to train station/metro. Nice hotel facilities, comfortable and clean rooms. A friendly and courteous staff. Great view of the city from the upper floors.

Cons:

No complimentary umbrellas during rainy period.

Très belle chambre, très confortable

Cons:

Le skybar est horrible !
On a voulu y boire un verre pour profiter de la vue : c'est 25 euros l'entrée avec une boisson incluse, mais une fois sur place le choix de boissons est très limité, les cocktails vraiment très mauvais (on n'a pas su les boire...)
Mais le pire c'est l'ambiance : musique des années 80 assourdissante, une vingtaine de personnes extrêmement vulgaires et déchaînées...bref on dirait un bar à escorts cheap, rien à voir avec le standing qu'on pourrait attendre d'un hôtel 4 étoiles
Ça nous a gâché la soirée, on a payé 50 euros, on est restés 10 minutes et on s'est enfuis..

Un hôtel moderne, très bien situé et un personnel très accueillant

Cons:

L’absence des voiles en complément des rideaux dans les chambres expose à une très forte luminosité extérieure.

Staying in your hotel was great pleasure. Best part was concierge Sarah. She did everything for us,
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, location was probably good, since we do not live there, we cannot comment to much. Overall was great

Cons:

Sarah - concierge went above our expectation, she did everything for us, booked a Disneyland tickets, Louvre Museum & Eifel tower and so much more. There was no question that she did not answer and the main think for us she did manage and book a NEW Years eve on the boat prior our arrival. If I come back to this hotel will be because of the service sha has provided.
