Pros:

The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night.
I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets.
I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. We found a quilt and pillows in a cupboard along with a lot of bin bags and clutter and couldn’t decide if it was clean or not as it was shoved in there with no bedding covers or pillowcases on.
Property requires some upkeep as there are marks on the walls and the shower needs cleaned.
However it is located right in the middle of Northern Quarter so is walkable to most city centre attractions.

Pros:

Appartement tres bien situé, très joli. Par contre, gros problème d'insonorisation, : nous nous sommes fait reveillés à 1h et 5h du matin par les voisins qui quittaient leur logement très bruyamment avec leurs valises dans les escaliers.
