Lots of little problems. First the front desk attendant was very indifferent to our presence. Also, our tv was stuck on one channel and wouldn’t change. Not a big deal, we turned it off but it kept coming back on. Had to unplug power cord. Front desk guy said he knew it was an issue and was “sending someone up”. Nobody ever came to our room. Also, shower was out of shampoo, no tissues in room, and only decaf coffee in the room. Bathroom mirror quite dirty. Box spring on one of the beds had large unknown stain on it.

Breakfast was good, but some more variety would be nice. Coffee was subpar, however. The eating area was very cold and drafty, and not just when the doors were slid open. The pool looked quite green before eating, but to be fair it was being cleaned by the time we were done.

Two additional men’s bathrooms on property were used. The first was out of paper towel. The second one had a soap dispenser that had dead batteries. It was filled fine. There were also water stains on the tiles and uncleaned air vents on the ceiling.

The pool and hot tub were both closed which was disappointing for our kids. The front of the building was under construction. None of this was told to us ahead of time. The lobby area we were detoured into smelled like mold and was dirty. The outside of the building was dingey and aged.

A bit difficult with how the roads are set up, almost like it is an off ramp from a highway. Took a bit of time to get used to it.

The bathroom sink drain was plugged up and the repair person couldn't fix it. There was only one trash container. The refrigerator was out of balance. We only had one tiny bar of soap.

No pool available. Said it was maintenance, but we were on a vacation, and had no pool to relax. Bathroom needed some love - towel rack was half off, tiles loose, grout in tiles was filthy. Light bulb burnt out our last night there. Only 1 garbage can. Could hear every time another room used water. Our toilet flushed super loud.

The room we were given was on the first floor opposite the housekeeping room, which meant we heard the door to that room banging shut every five minutes until 11pm and starting again at 6:45am. We were also near the front lobby so we heard the noise from a group tour bus that arrived late at night.
The room was dark, very little natural light and only two towels even though we booked for three guests.
The breakfast area is small and joins the front lobby so you have guests sitting at the tables just waiting to check out. We ended up bringing our breakfast back to our room. There were hardly any options for the buffet and a group had ripped through the buffet in the morning leaving the meagre options almost empty to depleted. The area was left in a messy state, with garbage on the counters and floors. The pool was also out of service.
We ended up checking out and booking a room at a different hotel for our second night.

Coming in off the highway you had a quick turn to get into property

Nothing, everything was great!

Cleanliness could be improved. But overall decent.

Cold showers, dirty breakfast- not tidied up. Blood stains on carpet. Hard to find , confusing roads and poor signage. Would not stay again.
