Cons:

During a 6 night stay I never received housekeeping services but was informed there would be housekeeping every other day. I had to ask for clean towels.

Location was great for my needs. Comfort for the price was very good. And the staff was kind.
Pros:

I was fasting, so did not get to enjoy the yummies that we’re permeating through the lobby 😕.

Our weekend stay was great. The room was perfect and we were about 10-15 minutes away from Salem. I would definitely boo

It was not a great location to walk around. There were restaurants near by but very busy plazas.

Pros:

Our room was clean, and everything seemed to be in working condition. The staff was all very pleasant to work with. The amenities all met our needs very well. The location was in a good location for our needs as well.

We would recommend this as a good quality priced stay if visiting the Peabody/Salem area.

Cons:

Our main complaint was the complimentary breakfast. Some of the food was good, while some food we found wasn't very good, especially the eggs/sausage variations each morning. If this were improved I think the hotel would get some great feedback. However, since it's complimentary it wasn't a deal breaker for us.

The pillows could be a tad firmer as well.
