Never made it through the door/ full refund received

Nice location, house is nice from the outside

Cons:

Despite paying in advance - I made it never through the door as I got my access code too late, tried to contact the hotline numerous times but did not get through. My guess is that I did the online check in too late (about 2 hours before I arrived at the accommodation). As this is all digital without a human on location it’s all fine when it works but you are lost if not. Good was that I got my money fully back within days. Also the accommodation send an apology.
