Amazing view on the Bosphorus from the room, but the great part is the terrace for breakfast and dinnner. Amazing. Rooms very quiet, comfortable and stylish.

Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel. While waiting for my airport transfer in the lobby, no one offered any refreshments. When I asked, I was told I had to purchase them from the paid restaurant in the lobby. I expected much better hospitality and a warmer welcome from a hotel of this caliber.
