The property was in a very good location with excellent views over the river and park. Property was very spacious and clean. The master bedroom had an excellent view, especially from the bathtub overlooking the river.
We are unfortunately has some problems with a flickering light and the Aircon leaking in the lounge room. The Apartment could have done with some furniture on the balcony, but otherwise a very nice apartment in a great location.

While it is advertised as luxury residence, it is far from luxury.
The aircon barely work, the ac remotes are like 30 years old you mostly cannot read anything on screens.
The TV doesn’t have netflix, and the TV itself barely work - the screen is very blue like it is dying.
Water keeps dropping from the air conditioner in the middle of the master bedroom ceiling!
The Kitchen had open wire 220V (attaching photos), i was taking a knife and got ELECTRIC SHOCK!
You cannot use swimming pool by yourself - have to contact property manager and arrange to get to the pool so they come and open it for ya.
Very upset with the residence.

The area
The area is located next to Landmark 81 which is fantastic and great if you have kids. If you don't have kids it can be a bit much as it gets very loud in the mall with kids screaming. The food hall is great, with many different dishes and central park is a great spot to relax.
Convenience to all the shops and restaurants. Safety clean and comfortable unit. The best part is there is a washer in every unit. The staff are very responsive to anything that I need.

one-bedroom apartments do not match the photo, check-in was difficult, with all the luggage I had to go with the administrator to different buildings after a long flight through a shopping center 😄 they said you can't use the pool as in the picture, it's only for residents. If you don't like your room, you can cancel your reservation now 🤣 only after a long discussion they allowed me to sign up for a swim once, but I didn't want to anymore.
We booked a 4 bedroom apartment,we arrived in the evening exhausted to find they had none left and offered us 2 ,2 bedroom apartments,after waiting 15mins for someone to meet us in the lobby.
Then had to track an across the road and up the street to reach our building. then we got into our apartment which was gross. Then locked out as we access card didn’t work ,waited in lobby for someone to help.
Trying to go for a swim in the pool was a joke,again waited in lobby after notifying them 15 mins in advance that we would like to know where the pool was. They take us across the road and it was like they were sneaking us into another complex to use there pool.
It was the worst experience I have ever experienced. Good luck staying in this hell.

Friendly helpful staff, clean quiet well organised room.
More info on the check in process would have been good as it all felt a bit confusing via WhatsApp, but quickly became clear just would be good to have a heads up on the process beforehand.
