Una nota positiva dell’alloggio riguarda la posizione perché situata vicino la città vecchia. Questo però non basta per apprezzare l’alloggio perché la casa è situata in un quartiere che non dà sicurezza. È pieno di persone poco affidabili.

Cons:

La posizione della casa è terribile. Non è una zona che dà sicurezza. Ho deciso di cambiare zona dopo la prima notte, anche se ho pagato due notti. Non ho avuto sensazioni positive soggiornando in questa casa. Inoltre, era presente un cartello che vietava di fumare in casa, ma la casa era impregnata di odore di fumo.
Ho riservato questa camera in una casa perché necessitavo di fare una lavatrice (nella descrizione rientrava nei servizi presenti) e mi hanno detto che non potevo utilizzarla perché avevo riservato la stanza per poco tempo. Tra i servizi era presente anche il ventilatore/aria condizionata. Nella stanza non c’era ne uno ne L’altro e facendolo presente alla proprietaria mi ha fornito un ventilatore. Tutto questo si può migliorare, ma la nota negativa è la zona, purtroppo quest’ultima deve essere presa per quella che è !

Зручна кімната поруч з центром, дуже чисто і комфортно, приємна хазяйка, дала корисні поради. Номер виглядає в житті значно краще, ніж на фото.

La amabilidad y limpieza. La ubicación es buena aunque el entorno no acompaña, pero es ideal porque se encuentra entre las dos mejores zonas.
La amabilidad de la anfitriona es genial.
La habitación está equipada.

Cons:

En general todo está bien para el precio. La habitación tiene todo lo que debe para una estancia de paso individual, cómoda y acogedora.

Superb in Bilbao.
Pros:

Nice room.Indian flavour.10 minutes walk to Abando rail station which I enjoyed.Main bus routes all near.Many shops in street.No one bothered you.

Cons:

Spanish locks ! But good for security.
