Affordable condo at Shell Residences
Pros:

Good location in Pasay, Walking distance to MOA, accessible to Trains, EDSA Carousel. Facility is relatively new and well-maintained. The pool facility is also fantastic. Very affordable and you'll get good value from this property.

Cons:

Misunderstanding with the property handler, waited around half an hour before I got checked in. Weird smell in the floor lobby, somebody cooked fish and the stank just sticked the 3 nights I was there.
