Pros:

Easy to check in and check out. Just do the pre check in, follow instructions. Location short walk to the nearest station. Got washing machine, good if you have few days of clothing to wash, just that the dryer works, but clothing still a bit wet even after 1hr of dryer.

Cons:

The room good for 2 person, we have 3. So they have a extra futon in the wardrobe. But the floor are so squeezy to put the futon there and we have no space to put 3 luggage and to open it.

家電に問題なければ居心地いい空間
Pros:

小キッチンもあり、洗濯機もあったので、長期滞在する方やビジネスマン向きだと思う。風呂トイレ別だったのもよかった。
寒い時期だったが、暖房をつけなくても暖かかった。

Cons:

テレビが見れなかった。
洗濯機の音が壊れるのではないかと思うくらいの大音量で近所迷惑なのでは？と、夜遅い洗濯をひかえた。

この値段ならあり！お得ですね。また泊まりたいです
Pros:

ベッドの硬さもよし。よく眠れました。バスタオル、フェイスタオル、歯ブラシ、綿棒、洗濯洗剤、スリッパがありました。パジャマさえあれば問題なしで良かったです。椅子もありました。Wi-Fiに繋がらなくてメールしたらすぐに新しいパスワードを教えてくれて使うことができました。

Cons:

ハンガー3本中2本折れて使えないままクローゼットの床に落ちてました

Pros:

Good location and check in was easy. Heating works. Room was small but more then enough for a few nights.

Cons:

It wasn't really cleanded well. There were some hairs a bit everywere. But after we contacted the owner they cleaned it again.
