Pros:

Apartment is nothing like the images. Expect no natural light, older style and fittings, generally clean but has old feel. No early check in ever possible, the scanner that you enter your check in code in won’t let you enter it before 3pm - we messaged staff but they could not accommodate. Also we’re stains on our bed sheet when we checked in - staff did come to change them at our request but locked us out in the process and had to come back again to let us in when we returned to the unit.

Pros:

Large room with great amenities. Easy self check in and check out. Convenient location about a 5 minute walk to Susukino and public transport.

Cons:

This place could have easily been a 10/10 but unfortunately was brought down by the lack of cleanliness.
I was shocked to find that the toilet and kitchen sink were not cleaned very well at all, to the point where I could still see the previous tenants bathroom stains on the toilet seat and food waste inside the kitchen sink waste strainer.
I have mixed feelings, and I'd like to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt as these issues can easily be fixed.

最悪　二度と泊まらない

警報機の異常があった時のスタッフの対応は親切で　説明が適切でした

ホテルのつもりだったけど　民泊だった
チェックインにやり方がわからなかった　１度説明を受けたけどわからず再度　電話で聞いたらリモートでチェックインしてくれました　最初からリモートしてくれたらイライラしないですんだ
チェックアウトもできなかった　電話したらリモートでやってくれた　おそらくチェックインがリモートなのでチェックアウトの時に部屋番号が出てこなかった　最初に説明してほしい
１晩中　ガス警報器が鳴りっぱなしで眠れなかった　
連泊なのに歯ブラシもタオルも１つづつしかないので買うことになった

Pros:

Check in rapido e comodo, stanza abbastanza spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi, lavatrice in camera, posizione molto vicina al centro, wifi veloce, beni di prima necessità sia in cucina che in bagno. Piccolo armadio molto utile.

Cons:

Non c’è un parcheggio privato, il letto era molto scomodo, la moquette a terra trattiene peli e capelli e la stufa a tratti manda odore di combustibile.

採自助入住，不過老闆給的資訊和指示很清楚。地點離札幌站有點距離，但坐電車不很遠、還算方便。設備很齊全，整體環境很新、很舒適。

お洗濯ができて助かりました

Cons:

・洗濯機のフィルターがホコリで詰まっていて、乾燥がうまくできなかった(2つのフィルターのゴミを取り除き、使えるようになりました)
・他の部屋の洗濯機(乾燥機？)の音で眠れなかった
・タブレットが英語で分かりにくかった

Pros:

部屋がとても清潔で、設備が整っている。

Cons:

どうしようもないかもしれないが、暖房を入れないと部屋が寒くなるが暖房を入れると寝ている間にカラカラになってしまう。
テレビを見ながら座れるスペースがない。窓側のスペースが狭すぎてうまく座れなかった。
