Pros:

Good location and check in was easy. Heating works. Room was small but more then enough for a few nights.

Cons:

It wasn't really cleanded well. There were some hairs a bit everywere. But after we contacted the owner they cleaned it again.

すすきのの街中にある感じだったので飲食店に関しては良いと思う。

Cons:

こちらが良く内容を見てなかったのだが､3月中旬に泊まったが､予約したのは11月、12月の話で1月、2月に同じ施設で3000円位安かったので変更しようとしたら返金不可、高くなる場合はOKとなっていてキャンセルする場合は100%キャンセル料金が発生するとの事でやむなくこちらに宿泊したがそれは如何なものかと思う。
後はこの時期まだ寒く、すすきのから中島公園方面なので地下道がなく、外道を歩くのがきつかった。
狸小路のホテルも取っていたので余計にそっちにすれば良かったとの後悔はある。

Pros:

週遭很安靜、從JR散步過來約15分鐘，若價格便宜實惠時是滿適合背包客，週遭有超市，離狸小路、大通公園都近。
自助check in很方便、要記得截圖翻拍開門密碼。

Cons:

建議住這地方要自備-沒有棉拖鞋、沒有茶包、沒有馬克杯只有塑膠漱口杯，房間建議最多兩人，床頭抵著床戶，睡覺會有一股冷空氣往頭頂吹很不舒服。赤腳走在地毯上還好，但是上廁所地板是冰的。

駅から近いし、利便性はあるが、再利用はない。
Pros:

事前問い合わせの際の電話対応や、直後のメール再送、好感が持てました。口コミにチェックインの仕方が難しいとあったので危惧してましたが、全く問題なく、すんなりできた点。利便性の良さ。

Cons:

口コミにあったように、食器に洗い残しや、水が溜まってたりと不潔だったこと。ベッドの上にもゴミ、棚等にも埃があり、見なかったことにしないと、一泊過ごすことはできなかった点。

Cons:

Location in a clubs & bars district, down a dark back alley; the challenge of getting into the room at all, involving tapping numbers into a screen only lately provided by the ‘hotel’; the impersonal nature of it all, in a place where many already feel alone; but above all the mean and grubby room. It was truly the worst I have ever seen in my 40 years of travelling the world for business and pleasure — awful, and grossly overpriced. Booking.com, you should be ashamed.

Disappointing: pictures not real and, dirty
Pros:

Nothing. It's really disappointing. No worth the money. The place doesn't look like the pictures.

Cons:

When I arrived, the place was completely different from pictures. The kitchen was dirty (the counter full of grease, food fat- as the pots), and the bathroom was full of hair everywhere. The bed was uncomfortable as the platform was broken. The battery for the AC/heater ran out (it was Feb.). Contacting the host is impossible as everything is automatic.

打掃不確實，床上有很多頭髮，浴室洗手台上還有一張明顯用過沒丟掉的衛生紙，衛生紙盒上也有不明液體，洗衣機超多毛絮沒清，害我洗完整件衣服上面都是毛絮
