入住check in有點困難😓
去到酒店門口才透過客服告知酒店轉了另一間；因為沒有人協助處理，最後也用了差不多45分鐘才能進行建築物

金額が安く、部屋の清潔感が高かった。
オートロックも無人で淡々と出来た。

風呂場の下水臭が酷かった。
見晴らしはいいが、正面が学校なので注意
チェックイン時の端末入力内容が多い（タブレットの為打ちにくい）

綺麗な設備で、洗濯洗剤もあって助かりました。洗濯機が乾燥までできたので、着替えが少なくて済みました。

조용하고 넓고 가성비 좋은 숙소를 원했는데 딱 좋았음
시내에서 놀고 숙소로 걸어가면서 현지인이 방문하는
동네마트 이자카야 등 경험 할 수 있었음

숙소에서 텐진, 하카타 까지 걸어서 30분 택시로 10분 걸림

Pros:

性价比不错，很整洁，房间里有洗衣机，离博多站公交十分钟左右。离电车和地下铁很远，但走路加公交基本能去到福冈任何地方

Cons:

只有高脚凳，坐着不舒服；热水器出热水有点慢；无论往哪坐公交，都要走一段路。但这些都是小问题，这个价格在日本已经不错了

Everything was great except for the part where the door wasn’t locked.
Pros:

This is a small home with two large beds, a balcony, a walk-in closet, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a TV, a microwave, two toilets, and one bathroom.
Overall, I think the facilities are quite good — it would be even better if there were a dryer.

Cons:

1. There was a smell of smoke drifting in on the first night.
2. I wasn’t informed that a staff member would be entering to change the trash bag. When I returned to the accommodation, I saw that my door was left ajar — it was only held by the latch and not locked. I was completely shocked and rushed inside immediately to check if my valuables were still there. Then I inspected every corner of the place to make sure no one was hiding inside, and quickly locked the door from the inside. Even though I know Japan is quite safe..
3. For light sleepers, you might be able to hear some traffic noise.
4. Also, after turning off the lights, the intercom light by the entrance was too bright — I had to cover it. The Wi-Fi device next to the bed was also very bright.
