Pros:

The Location was good and surounded with many restaurants, wonderful.

Cons:

I was late to reach to the hotel, roughly 12.30am in the early morning due to flight delayed, and I was shock that hotel main door was locked and unable to get in. Luckily there was a hotel guest cambe back and open the door for me to get in when weather was in negative. Furthermore, when I rang for the counter for Check in and the staff seems unhappy that i checked in so late, it was very unpleasant experience.

Cons:

호텔에서 공항가는 버스가 운행중지인지를 모르고, 버스시간표를 주어서 버스정정류장 가서 확인후 결국 지하철까지 도보이동 후 철도로 공항이동.
사전 정보확인하여 고객에게 제공하면 좋겠음.

飯店附近滿熱鬧的，櫃檯人員都很專業親切，房間比一般日本商旅還多一個床邊座位的空間，整體來說cp值很棒

Cons:

距離地鐵站要走10~15分鐘，下雪或下雨的時候會比較辛苦一點

Very pleasant in a perfect location which was not noisy at night.
Pros:

I did n't take breakfast. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was a decent size for Japan. It was good a have a microwave and laundry room available.

Cons:

The free room toileteries were good but I would have liked coffee, sugar and creamer available as most other hotels do that. The aircon instructions were only Japanese and the room was often too cold - couldn't adjust it in the mddle of the night! No western TV, a pity.

A highly satisfying choice for anyone travelling to Sapporo
Pros:

The hotel is well located, just a few blocks straight from Exit 5 of Susukino Station. Housekeeping was scheduled once every three days as standard, but guests were clearly informed of various additional options available to suit their preferences. The room was spacious enough to accommodate two beds with plenty of room left to lay out luggage comfortably. It was also well equipped with a table and sofa, as well as a built-in desk and chair, which made the stay particularly comfortable. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable.
In addition, due to severe weather conditions at New Chitose Airport with heavy snow, we had to request a change to our reservation by phone on the first scheduled day of stay urgently. The staff handled this situation promptly and courteously, which left a particularly positive impression.

Cons:

If I were to offer one very minor piece of feedback, it would be regarding breakfast. While we appreciated having Hokkaido specialities such as kaisendon available on a regular basis, a slightly broader range of flavours would have been nice over the course of our stay.
