Convenient but needs more space
Pros:

The location was perfect amongst all the hotels I stayed in Susukino

Cons:

The double bed room given to me was so small and tight I couldn’t open the toilet door neither can I walk once I open my luggage. The other members of my group got twin rooms which are much bigger but same price

朝食ビュッフェは期待通りでした

Cons:

チェックインのとき年配のスタッフさんの接客で不快な思いをしました。
部屋の防音が悪く、深夜とてもうるさかったです。

조용하고 음식점들이 가까와요.

Cons:

호텔에서 공항가는 버스가 운행중지인지를 모르고, 버스시간표를 주어서 버스정정류장 가서 확인후 결국 지하철까지 도보이동 후 철도로 공항이동.
사전 정보확인하여 고객에게 제공하면 좋겠음.

Pros:

The Location was good and surounded with many restaurants, wonderful.

Cons:

I was late to reach to the hotel, roughly 12.30am in the early morning due to flight delayed, and I was shock that hotel main door was locked and unable to get in. Luckily there was a hotel guest cambe back and open the door for me to get in when weather was in negative. Furthermore, when I rang for the counter for Check in and the staff seems unhappy that i checked in so late, it was very unpleasant experience.
