Pros:

This hotel has lots of character. The staff are helpful and polite. While there was a huge wedding party during our stay, it still felt quiet. The food options, although limited, were delicious. The hotel bar, again although it has limited options, was full of character.

Avoid at any cost! Terrible is an understatement
Pros:

This is about the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No heating working in winter. Hotel knew this and could have informed me so I could change my booking if I wished. Even lied to me saying heating would come on when they knew it has been not working for days. Staff are useless and you have to keep reminding them and chasing them for what you require. The amount of times I had to ask for bedding and a portable heater(which was like an antique). Slept wearing double layers, coats and our socks on. Hotel is so run down and cold. For the prices they charge breakfast was a joke and you have to sit there with your coats!

Stay away - Dirty hotel with unprofessional staff

Very pathetic hotel - stay away


This hotel is run by a very incompetent staff who will go to any heights to suck money from your pocket.

The quality of in room service is really pathetic. Bed was smelling so bad that I couldn't sleep. The entire hotel is very filthy from inside and some areas are in very bad state.

There are plenty of hotels in Shimla and there is no need to waste your money here.

Pros:

Very bad experience. I paid 10699 Rs for 2 rooms which was located exclusive from hotel where cars parking. The rooms are not up to status as per main hotel review . Its matter of cheating to pay advance which was not refundable. Never pay advance in this site to book hotel before physical checking of hotel. it was terrible experience like discrimination feeling without breakfast.

The rooms are not as advertised on website. Rooms are very cold and no modern facilities. Curtains were full of dust and and furniture was dirty
