Fab hotel has cheated.. After paying in advance they have not confirmed my booking and I have to pay the hotel amount in the cash also. Taken 2 times charges.

Terrible experience.
Pros:

Staff was supportive of letting me keep my luggage at the reception as I had to leave for a conference by 9 AM. They assured they will keep the luggage in the room after the check-in time at 11 AM.

Cons:

At around mid-night, I complained of loud TV sound from the next room but the staff made change the room twice instead of telling the other guests to be mindful of the TV volume at midnight. There were no bath towels kept in the bath room too.
