Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang und auf unsere Fragen erhielten wir gute Tipps und Informationen. Dass Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Laut der Beschreibung hatten wir gedacht, es gäbe ein private parking auf den Grundstück, aber es war mal wieder nur die Straße, hat aber geklappt , ok.
Hatten das Zimmer relativ spontan gebucht, erst im Nachhinein entdeckt: Da stand eigentlich mit Veranda/Patio - hm, das war dann wohl zu spät, um das Nichtvorhandensein zu reklamieren, Pech für uns. Aber schon blöd,wenn man nicht das bekommt, was gebucht ist - oder?
Im übrigen klang die gesamte Beschreibung eher wie ein Hostel oder Hotel, nicht wie eine Unterkunft, in der auch der Vermieter wohnt.
Weitere Verbesserungsvorschläge für das Zimmer, das wir bekamen:
Stühle -? Wo sollen wir den Kaffee trinken? Im Stehen? Auf dem Bett sitzend?
Ok, es gibt einen Schrank. Aber für 1-2 Nächte packt man nicht alles aus. Die Wände sind so kahl - also wäre genügend Platz für Kleiderhaken.
Und anstatt einer Topfpflanze, die mir als Gast nichts nutzt, stattdessen nur Platz wegnimmt - da wäre ein Kleiderständer oder ein Stuhl die bessere Wahl.
Fazit: Das war kein "Deluxe"-Zimmer.
Ds Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war das schlechteste auf unserer Reise.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very clean, modern, spacious room with a friendly and gracious host. Comfortable bed too!Check in was smooth and easy even though we got in late.

Cons:

Not immediately clear you’re in the right spot when you arrive, but figured it out quickly.

La casa es preciosa, patrimonio por su antiguedad, las piezas grandes y cómodas, Calentitas, importante por el frío

Cons:

Qué no hiciera el aseo todos los días, me gusta llegar a la pieza y que esté hecho el baño y la cama.

Great place!
Pros:

Great and calm location only 10 walking minutes away from the city center in a charming house with a little garden. Christian was very welcoming and helped to arrange our tickets for the car ferry. He's full of good advice and quite knowledgeable about local (sea)wildlife.

Pros:

Hermosa habitación, muy cómoda, calentita y bien equipada. Me sorprendió el silencio y tranquilidad para poder dormir bien.
Los perritos de la casa son unos regalones, sin duda una ventaja del alojamiento.
¡Excelente experiencia!

Nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit, literie confortable mais très bruyant.
Pros:

J’ai aimé le fait que ce soit une grande maison, avec quelques chambres, et la literie est bonne.

Cons:

L’établissement est vraiment bruyant. On attend beaucoup les personnes des chambres voisines, ou du couloir. De plus nous avons demandé au propriétaire de faire une machine, il nous a demandé 20 dollars en plus, (1/3 du prix de la chambre en plus) j’ai trouvé ça extrêmement cher pour juste mettre le linge dans la machine, que nous avons récupéré le matin dans celle ci.

Quiet stay with super comfy beds
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable and the room was a good size. Everything was very clean and communication was good. It's nice that it's in a quiet location, but that does mean it's 10-15 mins walk to most of the things downtown. But you can also get an Uber for $2-3 so it was not a problem for me even when it was raining. Overall recommend a stay here!

Cons:

There aren't restaurants super close, but as noted in the positives, that means it's quieter than being downtown and it was easy to get to and from walking or with Uber

Amazingly comfortable!
Pros:

The hospitality of the host Christian and his daughter Catalina truly wrapped me in care. Spending New Year’s Eve in a foreign country, with people I was meeting for the first time in my life, felt surprisingly comfortable — almost like being with family.
A cozy bed, a warmly heated and thoughtfully prepared room, and a delicious dinner cooked by genuinely caring hosts softened the harsh Patagonian climate.
All of this left a deep sense of warmth and a quiet certainty in my mind that I would love to return one day.
