Super clean and modern, extremely pleased! Will stay here again

Very clean property, perfect access to walking trails. Comfy bed. We would have appreciated 2 keys. Very tight bedroom quarters, awkward to get around. Nice balcony.

The property was well equipped. The only irritant was the one cup coffee machine. The bed was great for a tall people! A full size refrigerator was a bonus. We would have cleaned the dishes if soap was provided for the dish washer! We would recommend this Micro Boutique for anyone visiting Fredericton!

The space, amenities, safety, access, parking and communications were all excellent. However, cleaning was incomplete. Trash, hair and (looked like) bed sheets were from previous renter.

Nice hotel, clean, good room layout. The only thing is the dryer machine that was weird and seemed to turn off itself every 5 minutes.
The kitchen was nice, and we liked it.

Very nicely designed and furnished room. Good condition and clean, except the bathroom towel rod was pulled off the wall in one end.

I stayed 6 nights in this place. Thw building seems new. I don't have any issue for check in. Just whenever you check out, you have to use another fob to scan. The area is quite. Driving to downtown is about 5 minutes. It is convenient to almost everywhere.

Everything was excellent. Very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient.
The only thing was the position of the television, it was difficult to watch from the bed.

The MicroBoutique Living design is excellent.

Absolutely spotless and all new. Having laundry, electric fireplace, and dishwasher were a bonus. Too bad there was no dishwasher soap. The bed was so comfortable. Definitely felt five star. Great Wi-Fi.

Did not like the gap that was left when closing the sliding bathroom door. The only elevator in the building was not working the morning we had to check out so we had to do multiple trips down 4 flights of stairs with our luggage.

Very reasonably priced. Brand new property, comes with complete kitchen. A nice walk to downtown. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay 10/10

Everything was great. No complaints. The only thing I missed was the iron and iron board.

Extremely new, well equipped and comfortable studio with all of the amenities for a short or long-term stay. Free parking and good communication with the virtual front desk. I felt like I wanted to just move in it was so nice!

Internet seemed slow. GPS did not work in the parking lot on my motorcycle. Had to drive elsewhere for it to work. Other than that the place was fabulous! Appeared new & was exceptionally clean. A Kurig coffee/tea maker was appreciated. They supplied 6 pods & cream & sweeteners. The fridge was huge for our needs. Having Netflix was a bonus. The whole check-in process was new to us elderly folks but it was seamless. A lady I assume was the manager/cleaning was extremely helpful & polite in giving extra support to make sure we knew how things worked. Was an absolute pleasure to stay there. I like the designated parking spot to guarantee a place to park. Highly recommended. R & B
