Fui victima de una estafa. La persona que aparece ofreciendo este alojamiento no existe; su correo y su telefono tampoco.
Contacté al propietario original y me comentó que estaban haciendo estafas por esa vía.
Booking tampoco se hizo cargo.
Perdí 100 euros y booking no ha hecho nada por restituirme el dinero.

Absolutely terrible start to my stay in Manchester. Thanks a lot.

I don’t have an opinion because I didn’t have access to the property since I was denied entry.

Cons:

The fact that they didn’t respond to my messages or phone calls explaining to me that they could no longer accommodate my check-out request. I was left stranded outside banging on the door confused as to why I wasn’t getting let in and the lights were on inside by the way so I know people were inside. I wasn’t told directly by the property that they could no longer accommodate me; booking.com told me the reason why after I submitted complaints.

Acceptable room etc. given the low price, Location and service very disappointing.

The room was ok given the low price, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Booking trouble. I was never told that I would have to get a code to the front door, and the room itself. Luckily there was another guest who let us in, thank you Samuela We stayed for 3 night and there was a string of double bookings multiple times a day. Owner of the place was very hard to get into contact with. And when contact was established the thick foreign accent made it very hard to understand the owner and I speak English quite well. It took a good 90 minutes of hard to understand phonecalls and texting before we got into the room.. The accomodation was acceptable considering the low price yet I will never return to this place.

It was good for what it was and the price aswell can’t complain!
Pros:

Had a lot of extra space and homily
No need for keys
Has all the basic need to keep you happy.

Cons:

The central heater was not working but was provided with electric heater blow fans which did the job to a degree.

Nice little shared flat
Pros:

The property was small but clean (I had a single room) however it was more than enough for me for 1 day. Shower facility was good and bathroom overall. The host was lovely and helped me find the right address, he was helpful and super nice. If I’ll have to go to Manchester again I would definitely stay there again. Buses to city centre are about 8 mins from the flat. Buses are quite frequent and it is easy to get around

There’s nothing bad I can say about the property:)
