Красивый отель и номера, вежливый персонал .Удобное расположение, рядом пляж Аль Хасн, много обменов валюты, безопасно. Торговая улица тоже рядом.
В номере есть всё:тапочки, шампуни, гели, зубная щетка, паста, даже бритва и расчёска, включено 2 бутылки воды при заезде, чай, кофе, сахар, чайник. Включен завтрак, шведский стол. Везде аромат ладана. Лифты работают, всегда свободны)

Cons:

Завтрак не плохой, но в основном индийская кухня, для европейцев она не подходит. Лично я такое не ем, но есть хлеб масло, джемы, чай, кофе, тортики, фрукты, фреш , зелень, голодным не уйдешь. Тренажёрный зал требует реконструкции, все уставшее и сломанное, можно туда прийти только если сделать зарядку и пару упра с гантелями, велотренажёр, остальное сломано.

Perfect location and very nice stuff for a vacation in Salalah.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and they offered the airport pick up at the arrival and departure. The room was clean and quiet. You can easily walk to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque and 15 minutes walking to the beach and market.

Pros:

Very neat and clean hotel with very good amenities. Breakfast was very good, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

On the first night I got a call from reception that my kids were making noise and someone from the next room made a complaint, that was little weird because a 2 year old child can't behave like an adult. A child is a child if he wants to cry he will cry or he wants to play he will play nobody can control their emotion. I don't understand why some people doesn't understand the basic thing and make the parent feel uncomfortable. Only this thing was annoying for me rest everything was good.

Pros:

The staff, welcome and service.
They had time for me, were friendly & accommodating with request for whatever, and shared accurate information.
I was comfortable and will certainly return with friends and family.

Cons:

Limited choices for breakfast. Would have liked more meat, personally.
No airport pick-up at night. But they made up for it!
