清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。

Cons:

化粧台の蛇口のレバーが硬くて使いづらかった。
帰りにフロントに言おうとしたが忘れていた。

Excellent hotel/Onsen. Our room faced the river. We had a private onsen on our balcony.
Pros:

Meals were fantastic. However, I wouldn't have every meal at the hotel since there are plenty of options very close to the hotel.

何もしない、リラックスしにいくには、最高の立地条件でした。

洗面台の電気がとても化粧をするには向いてないライトで。。そこだけ改善してもらいたいかなー
