Eu e meu marido viajamos para Joanesburgo para realizar um Safári no Kruger Park. O nosso inglês muito pouco;. A equipe do Hotel como um todo nos ajudaram muito comas nossas necessidades interpretando o que se desejava no momento. A equipe me ajudou até na perda do meu celular. Agradeço muito mesmo as meninas da recepção e ao segurança. Obigado mesmo

No geral, estadia foi boa.
Pros:

Instalações e café da manhã são muito bons. A localização também, basta atravessar a rua, que já chega na Nelson Mandela Square.

Cons:

Atendimento dos funcionários. Preferem abaixar a cabeca do que cumprimentar.

Soggiorno a Johannesburg
Pros:

La posizione della struttura, con pochi passi si raggiunge Nelson Mandela Square, la pulizia della camera e in generale della struttura, l'abbondante colazione, la gentilezza del personale. Ci hanno consentito di prendere la camera anche prima dell'orario di check-in e di lasciare l'auto nel loro parcheggio custodito. Ci siamo sentiti molto sicuri.

Cons:

La camera non è molto ampia, con due valige aperte un pochino stretta, ma è dotata di tutti i comfort.

Equipe do hotel maravilhosa. Foram super prestativos comigo. Esqueci um casaco grande de frio, mandei e-mail e logo localizaram e guardaram para que eu pudesse pegar outro dia.
O café da manhã é farto e os funcionários são muito atenciosos do começo da estadia até o final. Super recomendo.

Cons:

Somente achei o quarto um pouco pequeno para quem tem duas malas.

Localização excepcional.
Pros:

A localização é o ponto forte do hotel. Basta atravessar a rua que vc já está na Mandella Square, que é um ótimo local para comer, fazer compras, ir ao supermercado, farmácia, tem até Hard Rock...tem também uma estação de metrô bem próximo. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, cama confortável, chuveiro com água quentinha e amenidades. O café da manhã é ótimo, com variedades. Os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos. Adorei a experiência.
