Localização boa, ao lado de grandes shoppings e restaurantes.
A localização é excelente! Poucos passos da Nelson Mandela Square. Localização seguro e o hotel é confortável.
O café da manhã tem poucas opcoes. Mas consegue se alimentar bem. Nao desabona a estadia, mas foi o unico ponto que precisa de melhora
Beds were comfortable.
There is no telephone in the room in case of an emergency. Bottled water is not provided, and the room has no closet or wardrobe to hang clothes.
In addition, arranging transportation from the hotel was inconvenient. Calling an Uber to pick us up was problematic, as Uber drivers are not permitted to collect guests directly from the hotel entrance due to restrictions in favour of metered taxis.

The rooms too small and the bed is too old
Great friendly and efficient staff. Very price competitive and a clean and friendly atmosphere. Keep it up.

Convenient location for getting the train to the airport and close to shops and restaurants
Need better blackout curtains or blinds in the room. A very bright street light was shining into my room and the existing curtains were inadequate
O hotel é praticamente dentro da praça Mandela. Basta atravessar uma rua na frente do hotel . Excelente localização e custo benefício . Imbatível .
Equipe atenciosa e cortês. Ótima localização, literalmente ao lado da Mandela Square.
Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, principalmente para o padrão que o brasileiro está acostumado.
A limpeza do apartamento em si estava ok, mas a do box estava péssima. O rejunte parecia que nunca tinha sido limpo, cheio de limo.
