La alberca, la ubicación y las instalaciones

Cons:

Rentamos una habitación que conectaba con otra y cada que llegaban huéspedes nuevos al lado abrían la puerta que conectaba cuando nos habían dicho que esa puerta no se habría y después nos dijeron que si que los otros inquilinos abrían

En stor lækker lejlighed. Men det var ikke muligt at sove, da det lå lige op til et kæmpe diskotek. Kl. 04:00, havde vi ikke lukket et øje. Man kunne mærke bassen i værelset.

La ubicación está excelente. Vimos antes de reservar que en algunos comentarios mencionaban que por la ubicación cercana a los antros de la calle 12 se escuchaba mucho ruido y no se podía descansar pero nosotros no tuvimos ningun problema, el ruido era mínimo. Lo único fue que solicitamos con mucha anticipación si podíamos ingresar al alojamiento un poco antes de la hora acordada ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano, nunca recibimos respuesta y a nuestra llegada tuvimos que esperar 5 horas para ingresar a la habitación... para nosotros no fue tan molesto pero para otras personas quizas podría resultarlo asi.

Cons:

Preguntamos si podiamos ingresar un poco antes a la habitación pero nunca recibimos respuesta y al final tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo desde nuestra llegada hasta que se nos permitió ingresar a la habitación.

Pros:

If you want to be steps away from the action, that’s the place to be! Yes, you hear the bars at night but you are close to all the fun in Playa! The rooftop is also crazy amazing and not too busy!

Cons:

The couch was broken so we couldn’t use it during our stay. There’s also no communication possible with the owner - never replied before and during stay via Booking. Very few dishes in the apartment but didn’t really need it for a one night stay. Also, only one key available which is tricky when there’s more people staying at the place!

Te cancelan unas horas antes de el check in y en lo que te ofrecen No había papel higiénico ni jabón no tenía internet algo muy importante para mi y mi trabajo no hubo limpieza en los tres dias que me quede la gente encargada no te contesta a tiempo y cuando lo hacen solo son promesas y no te solucionan nada 😡

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Great location. Super comfortable room and bed, exactly what we needed for our short stay. We had a bit of a communication missmatch with the host and problems with payment at check-in, which got us somehow frustrated (because we were tired from a long travel), but everything was ok in the end. It's a building property with lots of apartments (different owners), not a hotel. The reception staff is for the entire building, not for a specific apartment. Keep that in mind when booking.

Cons:

We were asked to pay cash after the owner refused our credit card payment.

היינו כמה לילות וביקשנו עוד מגבות והבעל דירה פשוט לא עונה ואין לא מכונת כביסה ולא לובי של מישהו שיכול לעזור עם כלום!! לא להתקרב

We stayed a few nights and asked for extra towels, and the landlord simply didn’t respond. There’s no washing machine, and no lobby or staff to help with anything!! Stay away.

Lis recepcionistas de la entrada fueron amables y la cama era muy comoda

Cons:

El personal de la terraza fueron agresivos y groseros, fueron 2 mujeres. No salia suficiente agua de las ducha por lo que fue imposible ducharme y el secador de pelo no funcionaba, tampoco funciono el televisior. El wifi no funciono por horas lo que estuve incomunicada todo el dia y recien llegaba a Mexico. Uno de los jacuzzi no estaba funcionando. En la noche hay mucho Ruidoso por los bares al rededor. Un desastre este lugar.

Did not receive any cleaning service that was stated as daily cleaning in their advertising. No cleaning supplies available in unit. Maintenance issue on first day that was never resolved the 2 weeks we were there
