נורא, מלוכלך, שבור, יחס מזלזל

הכל היה מזעזע הכי נורא שהייתי הכל מלוכלך מגעיל בעל הדירה לא עונה הטלויזיה והשולחן שבורים אל תתקרבו!!
היינו כמה לילות וביקשנו עוד מגבות והבעל דירה פשוט לא עונה ואין לא מכונת כביסה ולא לובי של מישהו שיכול לעזור עם כלום!! לא להתקרב

, the worst I’ve ever experienced. Everything was dirty and disgusting. The landlord doesn’t answer. The TV and the table are broken. Do not go near this place!!
We stayed a few nights and asked for extra towels, and the landlord simply didn’t respond. There’s no washing machine, and no lobby or staff to help with anything!! Stay away.

Pros:

Lis recepcionistas de la entrada fueron amables y la cama era muy comoda

Cons:

El personal de la terraza fueron agresivos y groseros, fueron 2 mujeres. No salia suficiente agua de las ducha por lo que fue imposible ducharme y el secador de pelo no funcionaba, tampoco funciono el televisior. El wifi no funciono por horas lo que estuve incomunicada todo el dia y recien llegaba a Mexico. Uno de los jacuzzi no estaba funcionando. En la noche hay mucho Ruidoso por los bares al rededor. Un desastre este lugar.

Location , roof top pool with ocean view. Elevator, spacious apartment

Cons:

Did not receive any cleaning service that was stated as daily cleaning in their advertising. No cleaning supplies available in unit. Maintenance issue on first day that was never resolved the 2 weeks we were there

Me gustó el Roof, me parece excelente la vista.
Me gustó la decoración del edificio y sus acabados.

Cons:

No me gustó que el aire acondicionado sea de manera general y no se pueda cerrar el flujo de la habitaciones.
Me salió una cucaracha del desagüe, se debería de poner trampas para que eso no pase.
Dado que hay bares a los alrededores, estaría muy bien poner canceles que cancelen el ruido.

Cons:

Dans une des chambres problème de toilettes, pas de climatisation. Obligé de réclamer des serviettes de toilettes. Mais le pire c’était le bruit du bar à côté jusqu’à 4h00 du matin !
