Cambridge Hotel Bradford Central

I got the room facing the road a bit noisy with traffic, that's all I didn't like. Otherwise, everything else was fine

There was no sanitary bin in the bathroom and the hotel was off a very busy road that didn't have much in the way of crossings!

It was kind of dirty, the room and the shower!

Although the bedroom was general clean,l have noticed 3 tiny small pieces of hair in the shower and also what it seemed like a small tiny dried bogie nose but that didn’t put me off enjoying my shower once I got rid off those.Im a very OCD person so to some those could have gone unnoticed but not to me.The floor could be perhaps mopped…

Not clean..sink based in bedroom. No carpets. Bad odors.

Evening staff were rude though I found the morning staff friendly. I was anxious to stay at a hotel by myself for the first time so I asked my fiance to at least help me go up and get settled. I understand that I was not allowed guests but the way this was conveyed was rude. They allowed my fiance to go up but we found that the AC was not working so my fiance went down to get some help and we were given a fan instead. We then got an abrupt phone call that my fiance was in my room for too long but this was because we were trying to get the AC to work by ourselves and he had to make his own way down and up to sort out an alternative for me. I understand there are policies but this can be conveyed in a kind and professional manner.

Little bit dated but come to expect that with price !

The area doesn't feel very safe. I arrived and there was a police car outside the premises, not a great welcome. My room was overlooking some big air vents outside that would go off every 20/30 minutes all night. I barely managed to get any sleep. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything.
