Pros:

チェックイン時間前だったが、前倒しで入れた。
暑かったから、ら本当に助かった。

とてもコスパが良い。
朝食も夕食もついてて大浴場もありとても良かった

Cons:

自分で喫煙室を選んだのですが、タオルにまでタバコのニオイがついてたのは誤算でした

客室満足、食事満足、お風呂満足、部屋の設備（テレビ、冷蔵庫）不満足
Pros:

夜と朝の食事がついているのはとても助かる（コスパが良い）15階の温泉は快適でした。部屋の広さ、清潔さ、ベットの寝心地は大変満足でした

Cons:

冷蔵庫の温度調節のツマミがなく、温度を下げるのに苦労した。（ペンチが必要だった）
テレビのNHKが全然映らず、ニュースが見れなかった。（旅先で地元に何か起こってないか信頼できる情報が夜のゴールデンタイム通して天気予報を含めて全く鑑賞できなかった）民放はお笑いばかりで普段から見ないので。

Das Zi war von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung u sauber!

Cons:

Es sprach kaum jemand an der Rezeption Englisch, Checkin erst ab 16 Uhr mit Schlange stehen, Frühstück nur bis halb 9 morgens zur Zugabgsberechtigung! Trotz Buchung mit HP nichts war genommen wegen der ungünstigen Zeiten!

Cons:

帰ってきた時、チェックインのタイミングと被り、先に声をかけていいのかわからず、20分くらい並んでしまった後に声をかけてよかったことを知りそこだけ残念だった。他はサービスも豊富でまた利用したいと思った。
