Everything. It was a scam

No me gustó que la cama era diminuta además de incómoda, que estaba la papelera llena de basura cuando llegamos y que estaba todo lleno de suciedad por todos lados, nada higiénico, no se ha limpiado nunca ese baño.
Entiendo que es un sitio barato pero que me manden un mensaje el último día de si me importa limpiar la habitación para el siguiente cliente me pareció surrealista.

PLEASE AVOID THIS BOOKING as its a BIG SCAM. I paid monies and given confirmation but when I arrived there - Landlord was not reachable over phone or booking. Com and another tenant there told me abt 10 pm that the reservation is not available. I went through extreme hardships because of this and missed my long haul flight next morning..

The property is listed as having a private kitchen which is not the case, nor is it a "serviced apartment" in the usual sense of a studio space. This is a shared flat with a communal bathroom and kitchen, the latter of which is poorly ventilated and consistently hot and humid.
I felt misled by the listing which offers glamorous photographs which do not accurately match the reality of the property.
Additionally, the check in is listed from 2pm and I advised I would be arriving at 7pm. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room would not be ready until 9pm and was not able to access the property for two hours.

The kitchen was a little bit dirty, but completely useable.

Wat een tegenvaller: Hoe vies het was zowel de kamer als de gedeelde badkamer/toilet. Er was na de vorige gasten niet goed schoongemaakt op de kamer, onder het bed was het heel vies en er lag nog een waterfles van iemand onder het bed. Tafeltje was met een hele gore doek afgenomen. Badkamer, waar ook de enige wc was, werd door gasten van 3 kamers en ook door de vaste bewoner gebruikt. Deze werd niet tussendoor schoongemaakt tijdens de drie dagen dat wij er waren. Veel haren overal, een smerig douchegordijn dat tegen je aanplakt bij het douchen in het bad. Natte vloer nadat mensen gedouched hadden waardoor je natte sokken kreeg als je daarna naar binnen liep om naar het toilet te gaan. Je tanden moeten poetsen bij het wastafeltje als er net een andere gast heeft zitten poepen op het toilet in de badkamer: bahbahbah.
Hoe rommelig het was: de deur van de kamer van de gastheer stond open; leek wel van een hoarder. Ook de gangkast met het beddengoed (lukraak volgepropt) en de keuken zagen er niet uit.
Meubilair in de slaapkamer kon niet méér basic of goedkoper; leek wel van de straat geraapt: tafeltje viel van ellende uit elkaar, aan het plafond de enige verlichting van de ruimte; een kaal peertje.
Ook zeer gehorig door de dunne wandjes. Ik snap niet hoe iemand aan deze accommodatie een positieve review kan geven. Wij zijn voortijdig vertrokken, voelden ons er zó onprettig. Iets anders gevonden via Airbnb: goedkoper maar een fijne, nette schone plek in een betere buurt.

House share and this isn't noted in the advert. States serviced apartment. We are 2 young adult females with no idea who we were sharing with. Bathroom didn't lock, room not cleaned (informed cleaner was sick), arrived at 17.30 and was told wouldn't be cleaned until 8pm. We were told we could shower and leave our luggage, told not to lock our room so the replacement cleaner could get in. We didn't as we had no idea who else was in the house and was dubious our belongings wouldn't be tampered with. The bathroom was filthy, faeces in amd around the toilet, dirty pig of a previous bathroom user left it like that. We couldn't take the risk it would be clean for our return from the Billie Eilish concert and didnt have the time or money to find and pay for somewhere else to stay so sadly we ended up travelling back to South Wales an hour after we arrived, missing the concert and out of pocket. Owner has yet to respond to my request for a refund for failing to uphold their side of the contract made when booking. Room ready for check in from 3pm.

Located in what looked to be a council building in such a doggy area when it was advertised as being in Canary Wharf in a safe place, we had to leave the next day as we felt extremely unsafe. As a woman, it was a really scary experience!

First, the host is not very responsive unless he needs to communicate about checking-in and checking-out. Second, the apartment is not the cleanest and especially the kitchen is incredibly dirty with a very thick layer of dust and dirt collected over a long period of time. You don't see this near the sink but everywhere else there's this thick layer of dirt including, for example, the refrigerator and waterboiler. Third, during my last night the smoke detector started to make a beeping noise every minute. This didn't allow me to rest at all and unable to sleep whatsoever. I reached out to the host immediately when I noticed the issue but he never replied!

Findinding ghe correct number really difficult. The unexpected stairs were difficult for me to negotiate. After fianal stairs to room, I skipped return to kitchen and kettle!

- Maybe i should have read the listing better but it was not 100% clear that this would be shared place - private room and shared bathroom and shared kitchen, so I was surprised a little but no issues here just maybe update the wording to be more clear
- Not clear from the listing which room will I be getting

Everything is old and worn out we didn't see staff or any cleaning

- Cleanliness was lacking. When I arrived, I found quite a bit of dust and hair in the room, which made it feel unclean from the start.
- The kitchen was not really usable due to the cleanness - even the kettle, which was disappointing.
- The room was extremely small. It was difficult to even open a suitcase comfortably.
- The flat is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with no lift. Carrying luggage up and down was a real challenge.
- Despite being labeled a “serviced apartment,” there was no common area or dining space to relax in.

Kitchen was quite dirty, oven didn’t work

the kitchen floor was dirty, I had to wear slippers, otherwise my socks were sticky... also the bathroom, which is shared, was pretty dirty and seemed like it wasn't cleaned the 5 days we stayed there.
The bed was so small for two people, it was unfortunately very uncomfortable and loud to sleep in. But according to the pictures, the other rooms look more comfortable.
